The All Texas Council Forum brings together Local Product Council
members from all over Texas. Between networking, touring and learning,
members are treated to the best our host city has to offer. This year,
Fort Worth has rounded up outstanding tours, speakers and restaurants
for the occasion. Only open to Local Product Council members and
nominated guests, this event has limited spots available.

1. Residential:
Hillwood’s Harvest master-planned community is centered
on a community farm and was winner of ULI North Texas’
2015 “Innovation” Impact Award. Listen to an in-depth
presentation organized by Tom Oliver of Hillwood. An
additional stop will be at Canyon Falls, a 1,200 acre
master-planned community spanning 3 municipalities, and
developed by Newland Communities in partnership with
Sekisui House, Japan’s largest homebuilder.
2. In-Town Housing and Mixed Use/TOD:
Tour the Near Southside neighborhood areas including
the Hospital District, Magnolia Urban Village and South
Main Urban Village including revitalized retail corridors
and new multifamily and MU. Tour includes a presentation
covering the Workforce Housing TAP project area, a joint
development of Fort WorthHousing Authority, The T (local
transit authority), and the City of Fort Worth. An additional
stop at West 7th Street will include a review of the highly
successful infill development area with a mix of residential
and retail uses, initiated with residential conversion of the
former Montgomery Ward store now including extensive
new development.
3. Retail, Office & Industrial and Large-scale Mixed Use:
Visit the 18,000 acre Alliance development including the
9,600 acre industrial park. Tour includes a visit to the
Alliance headquarters with an overview of key transactions
including Martin Brower (restaurant chain logistics hub)
and Facebook (extensive P3 components and an off-site
wind farm). The group will tour the GE locomotive
manufacturing facility or a similar site.

Cocktails and Dinner at The Fort Worth Club.
Dinner will feature a presentation from the Fort Worth “Blue
Zones” project, a multi-faceted healthy city rating program
initiated by National Geographic study of places in the world
where people live longest, healthiest lives. After dinner, enjoy an
overview of the Sundance Square redevelopment by Johnny
Campbell, President/CEO of Sundance Square. Weather permitting,
that will be followed by informal pub crawl in Sundance Square.

A proposed new infill area to be developed due to a
change in Fort Worth flood control, creating
development opportunities for 800 acres on the north edge
of the down town area– in essence doubling the size of
downtown. The developers envision 10,000 housing units and
three million square feet of commercial, retail and educational
space. (Winner of ULI NT 2015 “Next Big Idea” Impact Award)
2. Clear Fork:
A 270 acre master planned mixed use development adjoining
the Trinity River just west of downtown Fort Worth. Phase
one includes multifamily and retail development ranging from
luxury rentals to a bike shop positioned to serve riders using
the Trinity Trails.
3. Stockyards Redevelopment:
An overview of the newest public/private partnership for
mixed use development in Fort Worth’s iconic, historic/tourist
area.

institution. Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price will speak at the
