Tour includes a presentation covering the Workforce Housing TAP project area, a joint development of Fort WorthHousing Authority, The T (local transit authority), and the City of Fort Worth. An additional stop at West 7th Street will include a review of the highly successful infill development area with a mix of residential and retail uses, initiated with residential conversion of the former Montgomery Ward store now including extensive new development. 3. Retail, Office & Industrial and Large-scale Mixed Use: Visit the 18,000 acre Alliance development including the 9,600 acre industrial park. Tour includes a visit to the Alliance headquarters with an overview of key transactions including Martin Brower (restaurant chain logistics hub) and Facebook (extensive P3 components and an off-site wind farm).
