NATIONAL ANTHEM & INTRODUCTIONS
In a tournament situation, or if the visiting team is not present one hour before match time (see Rule 8-5-2
Note), the shared court time period of 41 minutes may be reduced to a minimum of 10 minutes.
Introductions will be handled in a manner similar to that planned for the NCAA Championships. All players
go to their bench at the end of warm-up. As starters are introduced, they will run from the bench to the end
line of their court (non-starters will not be announced). The National Anthem may be played before player
introductions (while everyone is still at the bench), or after the introductions (while the 12 starters are on
their respective end lines).
VIDEO
During conference play, you will be given the file of that evening’s match. Please see Karen, Travis or a
manager for the file. Please bring your own USB or external hard drive.
INTERMISSION
Ten minutes between sets 2 and 3 for Purdue matches.
Seven minutes available for promotions, the last three minutes for team warm-up.

Team Bus Parking on ramp of Football Stadium for PRACTICE & GAME. Team Vans may
park there also (See map enclosed).
Officials and visiting teams should enter Holloway Gymnasium through the door
located on the east end of the building. Our Court Manager will then escort you to
your locker room.
Shower facilities and towels will be available in the locker rooms.
The Training room is located in the lower level of Mackey Arena, Room B198.
Please call Kara Kessans at 765.494.3245 regarding any therapeutic modalities,
physicians, or special equipment needed during your time on campus.
PRESS
All press arrangements for your team should be made through our Associate Athletics
Communications Director, Wendy Mayer at (765) 494-3919. Your Sports Information
Director will have the responsibility of making your coach available to the media if
requested.
PROGRAMS
The Purdue Sports Information office will prepare the program. Complimentary copies
will be made available to teams on request.
A pass list is included with this packet and should be submitted to the pass gate at
least one hour prior to the match.

AIRPORTS
Directions: (From Indianapolis) Take 70 East to 465 North to 65 North. When you get
to the Lafayette area (approximately 65 miles) take the third exit (State Road 25 or
exit #175) and turn left. You will then come to Sagamore Parkway (US 52) - turn right.
Travel to Yaeger Road (BP Station will be on corner) and turn left. This will bring you to
Northwestern Ave. – Follow the roundabout and take the 2nd exit. The athletic facility
is located about three-fourth mile down Northwestern Ave. on your right between
Football Indoor Practice Facility and Mackey Arena.
