Rap Poem-The Phantom Tollbooth
My life was quite a bore
until I went through a magical door.
It seemed as if my life changed,
The Land of Ignorance seemed strange.
King Azaz and the Mathemagician,
and of course Rhyme and Reason.
I was off on my journey,
I brought someone with me.
Tock and Humbug to be exact,
they were helpful and never slacked.
We went through thick and thin,
we came out in the end.
My mission was completed.
We were undefeated.
I left the Land of Ignorance,
back at home there was no difference.
My room was still messy.
The yard was still grassy.
I'd only been gone an hour.
That adventure wasn 't a downer.
