an advanced metering system serving over 1.8 million multi-jurisdictional customers.
For a Texas utility serving over 3.4M customers: engineered field operations processes for an
advanced metering system implementation while identifying business and functional
requirements, led team of 7 integration testers to write scripts for a MDMS integration
impacting same customers, managed team of 5 tasked with creating standard operation
procedures to reflect technological and configuration enhancements to smart meters.
Conducted a plethora of workshops to define and develop business and functional
requirements for system integration engagements.
Provided program governance and portfolio management on over five multi-year smart
metering engagements. Created, managed and updated client project deliverables (e.g., status
reports, project plans, and training templates) in accordance with various contractual
constraints.
Conducted stakeholder analysis, which evaluated communications strategy for a large utility
and delivered statistical results. Created job descriptions to address organizational needs that
