ANZ Stadium will be referred to as the Provider
News Limited will be referred to as News
The pre-paid subscription offer that is being purchased by the Provider, entitled Daily
Telegraph+ Full Access Subscription – Group, will be referred to as the Subscription –
Group.
You are only eligible to receive this subscription if you have been provided an ANZ Stadium
Membership which offers a Daily Telegraph+ 52 Week Digital Subscription –to you.
These terms and conditions incorporate by reference the Registered Access Terms and Conditions.
Defined terms there will be used in these terms also. You must have a valid and current Registered
Access to have a valid Subscription – Group.
News or its relevant related companies may change any applicable terms and conditions from time
to time. If this happens, amendments will be posted on the affected News Sites or other News
Digital Media and will also be accessible through your login to My Account. If you object to changes
to any terms or conditions you may cancel your Subscription - Group up to 28 days after changes
come into effect without accepting the new terms and conditions. If you do not cancel or you use or
access any News sites or News Digital Media (other than to review the new terms and conditions)
using your Subscription – Group within that period you will be deemed to have accepted the new
terms. You may call Customer Support on 1300 736 093 or email Customer Support at
[email protected] (who will consider your position acting reasonably) if you
have reasonable grounds for not having cancelled within the 28 day time limit and still wish to
cancel.
Subscription – Group provides you access via a secure login to view unlimited content on
the following News Sites and msites (Included Media):

HeraldSun.com.au
CourierMail.com.au
Advertiser.com.au
as well as access to certain content on
• foxsports.com.au (also part of Included Media) excluding certain live sports packages
as well as the following iPad & Android Tablet applications :

The Daily and The Sunday Telegraph
•
Herald Sun
•
The Courier-Mail/The Sunday Mail
•
The Advertiser & Sunday Mail
as well as access to SuperCoach Gold AFL and SuperCoach Gold NRL. If you access SuperCoach Gold
AFL or SuperCoach Gold NRL, you will be deemed to have accepted the SuperCoach Gold terms and
conditions which are available at http://supercoach.heraldsun.com.au/help/subterms.
The above lists may change from time to time, at our discretion. News will endeavour to contact
you at least 14 days prior to effecting the removal of any media from these lists.
Your Subscription – Group commences on the date specified or described in your confirmation email
and will continue unless cancelled earlier in accordance with these terms. Confirmation email will
be provided to you via your nominated email address.
Each username and password is assigned to a single user. You must ensure that your username and
password remain secure and are only shared with the residents of your household i.e. family and
friends that live at the same residential address. However you agree that your Subscription – Group
cannot be used with more than seven devices concurrently. You are responsible for all use, activities
and charges associated with your username and password. Your username and password are not
otherwise transferable.
Your Subscription – Group may be used for non-commercial purposes only.
Access from outside of Australia
You acknowledge that some of our content may not be viewable or accessible from outside of
Australia.
Disclosure of your information to the Provider
To manage your Provider’s Group account we may notify them when you activate your subscription.
When providing these notices we may reveal limited amounts of your personal information such as
your name and email address.
Payment, Fees and Taxes
Payment for your Subscription – Group has been made by your Provider.
Suspension
You cannot suspend your Subscription – Group.
Renewal
Your eligibility for this subscription and any subsequent renewal may be determined by the Provider,
subject to theirs, yours and our rights of cancellation. News reserves the right to contact you via
email with a renewal offer.
Cancellation and Termination
To cancel your Subscription – Group prior to the end of your subscription, call Customer Support on
1300 736 093 or email Customer Support at [email protected].
News may cancel your Subscription – Group at any time at your Provider’s request or otherwise,
without notice or liability for any reason.
Cancellation of your Subscription – Group does not affect your Registered Access (unless that is also
cancelled).
