Tech News—This text can crash your iPhone
As if receiving a text from an ex or some other
unwanted message isn't bad enough, now there's a
text that can crash your iPhone.
Here's how it works: if you type a white flag
emoji, a 0 and a rainbow emoji, iOS 10 will try to
combine them into a rainbow flag and get
confused. Send those specific characters in a text
message to an iPhone running iOS 10 and that
phone will freeze, and the person receiving the
message doesn't even have to open or read the
message--the phone freezes as soon as it receives
the text.
Fortunately, creating and sending the unwanted
text isn't as simple as just sending a text. If you do
receive this text, your phone should eventually
unfreeze or restart. It seems like someone's always
trying to mess with your tech.

Mole Rat is pretty incredible. They
live up to 28 years, which is
unparalleled among other similar
animals, and maintain their fertility for

studies, since they are born looking
like this and barely age at all.

Dear Destiny:
Which animals have the ability
to sleep while standing up?
-Zootopia
Dear Zoo:
Sleeping upright is an
advantage for large animals
because they would be slow to
get to their feet if attacked. For
smaller animals the reduction in
leg springiness outweighs this
benefit. Horses, zebras and
elephants sleep standing up.
Cows can too, but mostly
choose to lie down. -Destiny
