The Vertex Super Cup for 2016 & 2017 will be held over 6 rounds.
The Top 10 point scorers at the time of the NvS will be entered into the team to head to
the North Island for the North vs South, Venue and Date TBC.
RACE FORMAT
The Race Format for this coming season has undergone an overhaul. Check out the
new race format on our website. The season is promising to be very exciting for
everyone involved.

VERTEX SUPER CUP RACE INFORMATION
Promotions of the Vertex Super Cup:
Each driver is required to display VERTEX SUPER CUP decal on the Front Visor
area for each round. Teams are required to prepare visor area with black background.
Promotions will supply decals.
Minimum of 2 Race Cars to be provided for car displays at every round.
Promotions Manager will liaise with teams as to where and when required.
All cars to attend Grand Parades with drivers sitting on roof wearing Vertex
apparel as determined by Promotions.
Prior to the start of the Feature race:
Cars are to do a 4 wide salute.
Conclusion of the Feature Race:
1st, 2nd & 3rd to stay on the infield for trophy presentation.
End of the Night
All tracks host BBQ in their clubrooms.
Local Drivers to organise the purchase of the food and a chef for cooking the BBQ.
Drivers and crew are to be tidily presented when attending the clubrooms prize
giving.
RACING RULES
SNZ rules apply for racing
All teams, crews, family are encouraged to attend the Vertex Super Cup Driver’s
Briefings and Debriefings.
The Vertex Super Cup will have communication between the Race Director (John
Hocken) and the drivers via ear pieces and race receivers.
Wildcard entries from local super saloon drivers will be accepted at the discretion of the
Vertex Super Cup Committee. No prize or appearance money is allocated to wildcard
entries but they are eligible to race for the trophies on the night. Please direct all

TERMS OF ENTRY
By completion and signing of this entry form you agree to:

Attend all meetings as stated. (Dates are above)
¥
You will present yourself, car and crew in a professional manner and be of the
highest standard, i.e. Vertex Shirt or Full Team Uniforms.
¥
Agree to wear Vertex apparel for the Drivers Parades, Car Displays and other
promotional opportunities that may arise. SHIRT SIZE REQUIRED: ________
¥
If any driver or their immediate crew post anything on social media the committee
deem to be inappropriate then they lose all points gained from that round.
¥
Car & Driver to be at track 1½ hours before the beginning of the first race.
¥
Each car will have VERTEX SUPER CUP decal on the Front Visor area.
Please have black background prepared. Promotions will supply visor decals.
¥
A minimum of 4 VERTEX Logos to be displayed on each car. Preferably one on
each rear guard and one on each forward side panel or corner of race car.
¥
Vertex logos to be displayed on the cars at all Vertex Super Cup meetings over the
season. These decals to be maintained and visible.
¥
The top 10 available cars at the time of the North vs South will be entered into the
team to head to the North Island to compete. Date and Venue TBC
¥
$100 Advertising fee – to be used for media or other forms of advertising
¥
ALL drivers to complete Driver Profile at time of entry and email 2 suitable photos
for promotional use.
¥
All drivers to supply a roof top sponsor at a cost of $500. This will go into the
travel fund as per previous years.
