Plesio Computers is a member of an alliance, which includes the 10
biggest European office product suppliers called InterACTION. The
combined buying power of these firms provides the customer with the
best price for a quality product.
Plesio in Bulgaria
The move of entering the Bulgarian market is the first investment of
the company on an international scale. The subsidiary office in Sofia
is found in 2005 as a Joint Stock Company 100% owned by Plesio
Computers Greece. The company is the 5th fastest growing company
in the IT sector in Bulgaria and among the TOP 10 direct suppliers of
technology products on the market.
So far, Plesio Computers Bulgaria has employed 60 people in its’ local
office.

What We Do.
(Our Business Model)
Plesio was among the first companies to efficiently implement the
Multichannel Business Model on the Greek market. The company uses
different ways of communicating with the clients called “channels”:
Retail, B2B Department, Catalogues and Web Site.
1. Retail Outlet
The Plesio stores are a key element of our company portfolio. The
flagship store in Sofia was opened in June 2005 and boasts an area
of 650 sq. m, which makes it the biggest technology store in Bulgaria.
Located in the very heart of the Bulgarian capital, on 5 Angel Kanchev
Street, it offers more than 11 500 IT products, office materials and
communication devices. We provide the customer with the ability to
choose tailor-made computer configurations using the BTO (Built-toOrder) method with the help of our highly skilled consultants. Within
the store operates our Service Department which offers assembly
and personalization of PCs in 24 hours and an unprecedented 4 hour
upgrade service. All products on the showcases are operational and
can be tested before the buy.
2. B2B Department
The B2B department serves corporate clients. It consists of Call Center
operators and sales representatives who work as a team. Each client
company is free to communicate personally with one of our Call Center
operators and with a sales representatives responsible for specific
needs and requirements. The service includes free shipping for orders
inside Sofia city limits and a fast response time of same day delivery
upon request. Outside the capital we ship in two days.
3. Catalogues
Plesio issues more than 8 000 000 copies of its catalogues on an annual
basis. Two separate product catalogues are published in Bulgaria. The
first is called “Computers and Telephony”. Edited monthly in 64 pages,
it presents our latest products in the IT and Communications field. It
is distributed as a supplement to major Bulgarian newspapers, in direct
marketing campaigns and through our store. The second catalogue
aims at the business customers in Sofia. Edited in 360 pages, it is
directly distributed to our corporate clients through our salesmen and
by direct mailing campaigns. During the most active shopping periods
of the year, Plesio publishes promotional leaflets with the company’s
top offers.
4. Web site
Our internet site is the most comprehensive guide to our products
and serves as an electronic store from which one can shop 24 hours
a day. The site attract more than 60 000 visits monthly and supports
an easy to use search engine, PC and laptop configurator, compare
function and an e-shopping experience to facilitate our clients. The
shipment of orders from the site is also free within Sofia city limits.
