Prospective bidders may avail online training on E-Auction from M/s Auction Tiger (E-Procurement

On the sale being confirmed against the full payment/ deposit of amount. The vehicle will be sold and
delivered to successful bidder.
The vehicles are sold in “ As is where is “ & “what is there is “ condition and Bank will not be liable for any
defects in hypothecation and warranty and whatsoever.
The Bank reserves the rights to cancel the auction or not to accept the highest bid without assigning any
reasons thereof.
If the defaulter/hypothecator were to pay the entire amount including the expenses in connection with the
seizure and conducting public auction before the acceptance of the final bid by the bank, the bank reserves
the right to cancel the auction sale.
The successful bidder shall pay 25% of the bid amount within 48 hours on the date of auction /bid and
remaining amount shall be paid within 7 days
In the event of the failure of the successful bidder to deposit the bid amount as stated above, the amount
deposited including EMD amount shall be forfeited to the bank and bid accepted shall stand cancelled
automatically.
In the event of automatic cancellation of the sale due to non-payment/deposit of the bid amount by the
highest bidder the properties will be sold either by public auction or by private treaty, as the case may be, at
the discretion of the bank.
The bidder may, if they choose, inspect the vehicles to be sold on 05-02-2015 between 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. or any
other day in consultation with Authorised Officer.
