Glass Size: 16 oz.
• ice
• 3/4 oz. Monin Raspberry Syrup
• 3 oz. cranberry juice
• 4 oz. lemonade
Fill serving glass with ice. Add remaining
ingredients. Stir well, or transfer from
serving glass to other glass and back.
Garnish.
Banana Nut Bread Frappe
Glass Size: 16 oz.
• 1 1/4 oz. Monin Banana Nut Bread Syrup
• 2 scoops vanilla frappe powder
• 4 oz. milk
• ice
Combine ingredients, except ice, in
blender. Fill serving glass with ice and
pour into blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass and garnish.
Ripe Mango Smoothie
Creamy Coconut Latte
Glass Size: 16 oz.
• ice
• 8 oz. Monin Mango Fruit Smoothie Mix
Glass Size: 16 oz.
• 1/2 oz. Monin Coconut Syrup
• 3/4 oz. Monin Irish Cream Syrup
• 2 shots espresso
• milk
Fill serving glass with ice. Pour smoothie
mix to level of ice. Pour ingredients into
blender and blend until smooth. Pour into
glass and garnish.
Strawberry-Pineapple
Italian Soda
Glass Size: 16 oz.
• ice
• 1/2 oz. Monin Strawberry Syrup
• 1/2 oz. Monin Pineapple Syrup
• 7 oz. club soda
Fill serving glass with ice. Add remaining
ingredients. Stir gently and garnish.
Combine ingredients, except milk, in
serving cup. Stir and set aside. Steam
milk in pitcher. Pour steamed milk into
serving cup, stirring gently and garnish.
Caramel Berry Iced Latte
Glass Size: 10 oz.
• ice
• 1/2 oz. Monin Caramel Sauce
• 3/4 oz. Monin Blueberry Syrup
• 2 oz. espresso
• 3 oz. half & half
Fill serving glass with ice. Add remaining
ingredients. Cap and shake vigorously, or

Skinny Peach Margarita

• 1/2 oz. Monin Cucumber Syrup
• 1/2 oz. Monin Rock Melon Cantaloupe Syrup
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• 5 oz. fresh brewed tea
Glass Size: 14 oz.
• 1/2 oz. Monin Sugar Free Triple Sec
• 1 oz. Monin Sugar Free Peach Syrup
• 1 oz. fresh lime juice
• 1 1/2 oz. silver tequila
• 2 oz. light lemonade
• 5 frozen peach slices
• ice
Fill serving glass with ice. Add remaining
ingredients. Cap and shake vigorously, or
transfer from serving glass to other glass
and back. Garnish.
Combine ingredients, except ice, in
blender. Fill serving glass with ice and

Spicy Pineapple Mojito
Blue Lagoon Martini
Glass Size: 16 oz.
• 8 mint leaves, torn
• 3 lime wedges
• 2 pineapple wedges
• 1 oz. Monin Chipotle Pineapple Syrup
• 1 1/2 oz. citrus rum
• ice
• 3 oz. lemon-lime soda
Glass Size: 6 oz.
• 1/4 oz. Monin Blue Curacao Syrup
• 1/2 oz. Monin Granny Smith Apple Syrup
• 1 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
• splash of pineapple juice
• ice
Muddle fruit/herbs and Monin Syrup in
shaker. Add remaining ingredients, expect
sparkling beverage, cap and shake. Pour
into serving glass and add ice if needed.
Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
Combine ingredients in shaker in the
order listed. Cap and shake vigorously.
Strain into chilled serving glass and
garnish.

• 4 oz. vanilla ice cream
• 16 oz. ice
