ARUNACHAL PRADESH
a)
To ensure regularity in serving of meals in all the
schools.
b)
To take necessary corrective measures to reconcile
the data entered in MDM-MIS portal and manual data
submitted through AWP&B.
c)
To have better convergence with Health Department
for proper implementation of RBSK in schools.
d)
To take necessary actions for universalizing the hand
washing facilities in the schools.
ANDAMAN & NICOBAR ISLANDS
i.
To provided L.P.G connection in south

Implementation of Interactive voice response
system
ASSAM
a)
To ensure e-transfer of honorarium to all the cook-cumhelpers till June, 2016.
b)
To complete the construction of 12199 kitchen-cum-stores
(sanctioned as per the plinth area norms) by June, 2016.
c)
To take necessary corrective measures to reconcile the data
entered in MDM-MIS portal and manual data submitted
through AWP&B.
d) To increase the coverage of schools with LPG connections
CHANDIGARH
a)
Increase the coverage of children against enrolment.
b)
To persuade and encourage the children and parents
to avail MDM.
c)
To submit the physical and financial progress of the
sanctioned cluster based kitchens.
DAMAN & DIU
i.
The convenience of hon’ble MP (Lok Sabha) would be
solicited for convening DLC meetings on quarterly basis.
ii.
Timely payment of honorarium in the bank account of cookcum-helpers would be made.
iii.
The UT shall hold monthly meetings with FCI for monitoring
the FCI payment.
iv.
Samples of meals would be got tested from the Government
recognised laboratories or laboratory of nearby Home
Science College.
v.
UT would take necessary action for near real time monitoring
of the scheme through automated monitoring system.
DELHI
i)
Look in to the issues for less coverage of children and
working days under MDMS.
ii)
Opening of bank accounts of all cook-cum-helpers and
payment of honorarium through e-transfer by 31st July
2016.
iii)
Clear all pendency towards FCI within stipulated time.
iv) Convergence
with Health Department to screen all the
children and provide IFA and de-working tablets under
RBSK.
v)
Ensure 100% data entry into the MDM-MIS web portal.
DADRA & NAGAR HAVELI
i.
The convenience of hon’ble MP (Lok Sabha) would be

Improve the Coverage of Children against Enrolment in poor performing
Districts.

Improvement in Fund flow mechanism to avoid unnecessary delay.

Provision of Additional Food Items (like other state is already doing) from
State resources.
d)
100% Completion of construction of Kitchen cum Store by June 2016.
e)
100% Procurement of Kitchen Device by Dec. 2016.
f)
100% payment of Honorarium to Cook cum Helpers through e-Transfer.
g)
100% LPG Availability in School.
h)
100% Children Health Check-up twice in a year should insured under RBSK.
i)
Introduction of practice for testing of meals by at least two parents besides of
cook and teacher etc.
MANIPUR
a)
The non- covered schools during 2015-16 will be
covered under MDMS during 2016-17
b)
10% of the schools will be covered through LPG
during 2016-17
c)
Construction of 1792 units of kitchen-cum-stores will
be completed by June 2016 and the rest 513 units
will be completed by September 2016.
MEGHALAYA
a)
To take corrective measures to solve the problem of lower coverage of
children in upper primary schools.
b)
All Special training centres under SSA during 2016-17 would be covered
under MDM.
c)
Maintenance of buffer stock of food grains in all the schools will be ensured
d)
SSA manpower will also be used for inspection of MDM in schools.
e)
Health check under RBSK will be improved during 2016-17.
f)
446 units of kitchen-cum-stores will be completed by 31.12.2016.
g)
Roll out of Automated Monitoring system within timeline.
h)
Involvement of parents in tasting of foods will be ensured.
i)
To take action to universalize the hand washing facilities.
MIZORAM
a)
Restructuring
the existing system for keeping
Class V in primary sections
b)
To overcome this problem of fund flow and to
ensure smooth flow of funds upto the school level.
c)
To provide the facilities of hand washing in all the
schools.
NAGALAND
a)
To take appropriate measures to solve the problem of delay in
release of MDM funds to schools.
b)
To take corrective measures for regular payment of honorarium to
CCHs.
c)
To cover 85% of the schools through LPG during 2016-17.
d)
To take corrective measures with regard to mismatch in data
entered in central portal.
e)
To take necessary action for universalizing the hand washing
facilities in the schools.
ODISHA

Identify the reasons for poor performance in Khurdha and take
corrective steps and encourage all children to avail MDM.

Adequate steps for engagement of NGOs as per MDM guidelines in urban
areas only and to keep close watch on usage of FCI rice by NGO for MDM
along with the quality check of food served by them.

Provision of LPG connections in the all the remaining 48047 (77%)
schools.

MDM-MIS Reports-Furnish the State specific requirements to MHRD so
that exceptional reports can be accessed from MDM-MIS web portal of
GOI.

Put in place automated monitoring system to collect the data of
beneficiaries on daily basis before 1st July 2016.

Efforts to bring children to schools and serve food during summer
vacations in drought affected areas.
TRIPURA
a)
To have better convergence with Health
Department for proper implementation of
