Mequon Home Delivery CSA Membership
20 weeks of the freshest, local produce, delivered right to your
​ door. The veggies are pre-packed with the best
selection of the farm’s produce. At times, large items will be delivered in addition to the packed box (i.e. a
watermelon).
We ask members to leave out coolers in the front of their house if they will not be home to receive the delivery.

Garden Bounty Boxes - ​$990
These boxes would be good for a family of 3-5 with average veggie eating habits, or two adult vegans, vegetarians, or
veggie lovers like Paul & Sara.
Add-ons:
Certified organic mushrooms (crimini, button, and portabella) from Gourmet Delight in Eden, WI.
Eggs from our free-range hens, fed certified Non-GMO feed. Happy Chickens = Delicious Eggs!

Egg Full Share - $100
Every week you get one dozen organically raised
eggs for a total of 20 deliveries.

Mushroom Share - $50
Certified Organic. One pound of either cremini,
button, or portobello mushrooms delivered
every other week for a total of 10 deliveries.

Egg Half Share - $50
Every other week delivery of one dozen
organically raised eggs for a total of 10 weeks.

Membership Agreements:
Some things to consider when you join Shared Seasons CSA Program.

PRODUCE VARIETY & SELECTION: Shared Seasons does our very best to provide members with as much
produce variety and the highest quality possible. We are committed to making sure our members get a great
value. Depending on the summer’s weather, you might get less of some items than preferred. We will
communicate any crop failure issues that may arise. While Mother Nature is the boss and some things are
out of our control, we have irrigation available, manage our soil fertility, and generally strive to make sure
the veggies get what they need to make them the best they can be.

YOUR PICKUP RESPONSIBILITIES: Each member is responsible for picking up their correct share during the
specified times noted for the entire 20 week season (mid-June thru Oct). You will not be credited for any
unclaimed shares. Early pickup is not possible because this is awesomely fresh food and it is being picked only

WHAT TO DO IF YOU CAN’T PICK UP YOUR SHARE: In the event that you cannot pick up your share, we
recommend having someone else pick it up for you; like family members, friends, or neighbors. If that is not
possible, contact us, and we can donate the share on your behalf.

DISCONTINUATION OF MEMBERSHIP: Your satisfaction with the CSA is very important to us, so please let us
know if you are experiencing any problems. We depend on our members to make it through the season, so
we prefer to resolve any problems you have before issuing refunds. If you need to discontinue your
membership in Shared Seasons Free Choice CSA, please contact us. We will provide you with a refund of the
prorated value of your share, minus a $20 service fee.

With online sign up members can choose to pay with electronic check (prefered) or by mailing paper
checks.

*INSTALLMENTS:
○ Divide the total amount due by three. Write 3 checks, one for each installment.

○ Date checks: 1st - Today's Date; 2nd - July 1st 2017 and; 3rd - August 1st, 2017.
○ The first installment check will be deposited upon receipt, while the other two will be held until the
above dates. Reminder emails will be sent before the last two dates.
