TERMS OF PRICE LIST
This price list replaces any existing Lee Broom price lists currently in circulation.
All prices shown are Recommended Retail Price in GBP Sterling both excluding and including UK VAT at 20%.
Prices will be evaluated on a quarterly basis and may be revised at any time based on mitigating factors.
TERMS OF WARRANTY
All products are covered by a 12 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
All products should be inspected on receipt and any defects reported to Lee Broom in writing within 5 working days.
Any reasonable wear and tear through use will not be covered and cannot be claimed against under the warranty.
Modifications made to any products by the Customer will invalidate the warranty.
All electrical products should be installed by a professional, qualified electrician.
TERMS OF SALE FOR UK CUSTOMERS
Prices include delivery to a single designated warehouse address within the UK mainland if the total order value exceeds £300 net.
Orders with a net value lower than £300 are subject to a delivery charge to the UK mainland of £15+VAT.
For all deliveries to Northern Ireland and non-mainland addresses, additional charges may apply. Please enquire for details.

Lee Broom is not responsible for the safety/risk of any goods once collected by the Customer's carrier.
