Celebrating successes of the six new Maxwell Park
Place Assisted Living Units
Sarnia/Lambton: Join the Erie St. Clair LHIN, March of Dimes Canada, County of Lambton, and
Community Care Access Centre in celebrating success stories from the new Assisted Living services in six
units at Maxwell Park Place.
The event is being held on Tuesday, May 8, 2012, from 11:00 a.m. to noon in the 2nd Floor Community
Room at 993 Maxwell Street in Sarnia. You’ll have the opportunity to see and hear the positive patient
outcomes and impacts of this new service in Sarnia/Lambton.
