Salt Truck Drivers - Drivers required for late model, well cared for 3 ton, 5 ton and
Tandem axle salt/dump trucks
Duties - Conduct vehicle inspections, fill out log sheets, and complete necessary
documentation.-Safe operation of a salter in parking lots and paved areas that may
contain a high volume of traffic-Read and interpret site maps, salt routes, and prioritize
tasks-Understand and utilize an electronic salter controller-Understand basic salter
operation-Work in all weather conditions-Other duties as required
Requirements - Valid and clean G class driver’s license (DZ license preferred)-Must be
familiar with the Tri-City area-Previous experience driving similar sized vehicles
(preferably winter maintenance)-Must be on call and available 24 hours a day 7 days a
week, including holidays
All positions are considered part time on call.
All on call or part time positions may lead to permanent full time employment.
Top wages and training provided to all qualified staff. Pay is bi-weekly. Benefit package
available to those considered permanent full time Potential for bonuses.
