The cost for those who choose to pay prior to July 1st is $55.00. I/We the parent/legal guardian of the above individual, hereby agree to hold harmless the coaches and staff of the Centerville High School Football Camp and the Centerville City School District for any and all injuries that may be encountered while participating in the 2007 Centerville High School Football Camp plete schedule of games on both the JV and 9th grade levels, in addition to its varsity schedule. The Elks are a member of the Greater Western Ohio Conference, which consists of 16 teams. The Elks play their home games at Centerville Stadium, one of the finest high school facilities in Ohio, which has a seating capacity of 8,000. The camp will consist of specialized coaching for more advanced campers, active participation on the field, chalkboard instruction by coaching staff, and film of professional, college, and Centerville High School football games. If you are unable to acquire one from your team, a limited number of helmets will be available at the stadium. Address The Centerville coaching staff has 210 combined years of experience teaching football. Head Coach Ron Ullery and several assistant coaches have been recognized by the Miami Valley Football Coaches Association and the Ohio Football Coaches Association for their efforts toward Centerville's success. The varsity staff consists of 12 assistant coaches and the 9th grade team has a staff of six coaches. Campers will learn proper techniques in: • Tackling • Punting/kicking Grade (Next Year) received many honors over the years. Included in these awards have been 42 All-Ohio Players and the 1986 Gatorade Midwest player of the Year in Kirk Herbstreit. Numerous Elk players have gone on to very successful college football careers at all levels, including 59 NCAA Division 1 players. Five former Elks reached the ultimate level of football: the National Football League. Dave Preston played with the Denver Broncos, Dave Morrill played with the Cleveland Browns, Andy Harmon had an outstanding career with the Philadelphia Eagles, Mike Nugent (2004 Lou Groza Award) is currently playing with the New York Jets, and A.J. Hawk (2005 Lombardi Award) is currently playing with the Green Bay Packers.
