Scientific activity
The scientific activity has developed along two main lines consisting of, one, to
investigate about the ancient and late ancient culture and history, the other, in research
on social and economic structures of the Empire and Late Antiquity and, in particular,
on the military organization.
The first line of research has resulted, in relation to the following areas of research:
