CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Welcome Thank you for choosing to order from Huffkins. We are a family company that understands the importance of quality. Our aim is to make your experience of buying from us as enjoyable as possible. Our kitchens
prepare local food fresh every day. The Huffkins craft bakers supply our own shops and tearooms in the Cotswolds, the Royal Palaces, and the worlds finest food halls. Your sandwich and savoury platters will include a
complimentary garnish of fresh leaves. Your platter will be dressed to impress on a smart black presentation tray with clear Huffkins branded cover. Napkins included. Do feel free to get in touch should you have any

How to order We are delighted to receive orders in writing (using this form) or alternatively by phone. Please speak to us to arrange collection / delivery.
Prices Please note prices may change without notice. If in doubt please confirm verbally with us at the time of ordering.
Delivery Please call us to discuss delivery for each order. If your delivery address is within a 5 minutes walk or less of our shop (we will decide if you are or not) then we will deliver your order to you whenever possible on
foot. We are a working restaurant and therefore we may not always have somebody available to deliver. We do not charge any extra for delivery within a 5 minute walking radius but if you require delivery we may only be
able to offer certain times of day to you. All delivery times are estimates. If we are going to be more than 30 minutes late or early against a time previously agreed we will call ahead.
Collection If you are based more than 5 minutes walk from the shop you are ordering from then you will need to arrange for collection of your order. Depending on availability and your exact location we may be able to
service the delivery another way (e.g. during a staff member's journey home from work) and we will be happy to discuss this.
Timings Please give us as much notice as possible. During weekdays our busiest time in the shops will usually be 12-2pm (lunchtime). We are also likely to be busier on Saturdays and Sundays than weekdays. These are
the times when we are least likely to be able to deliver to you. Your food will be prepared freshly on the day of your order so if you have a fridge we strongly recommend you order for a morning delivery and refrigerate your
platters until you need them. Alternatively, cold food can sit perfectly safely at room temperature for 2 hours before it is eaten so you can order for delivery up to two hours before you need to serve the food.
Platter content Sandwich platters normally contain meat, fish and vegetarian options presented on our homemade white and granary bread. Savoury platters normally contain vegetarian as well as meat options. If you
wish to request vegetarian versions of any sandwich or savoury platter then please let us know and we will be happy to assist. Equally if you have a favourite sandwich, cake or savoury you would really like to see on the
platter please let us know and we will accommodate where possible. We do reserve the right to refuse customisations if they are not practical. As a matter of course we do not offer club sandwiches on platters and various
cakes are not suitable for platters either.
Payment Payment terms are 30 days from delivery. We can accept payment by BACS transfer - please see payment details on your invoice. We can also accept payment by credit card which can be made by following the
link 'Pay Now' in your digital invoice which will take you to our secure card payment portal online operated by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card with us.
Invoicing All invoices are sent digitally by email. You may be asked to complete a Credit Application Form. Interest on all overdue accounts is charged at a rate of 4% a day. If you have an invoice remaining unpaid and
overdue we regret that we will not make further deliveries to you until that invoice is settled in full.
