TEAS Assessment Information
Times are on a first come, first serve basis.
Monday thru Thursday 8 AM – 7 PM (no test given after 2:30 PM)
Friday
8 AM – 5 PM (no test given after 12:30 PM)

2 Saturday of the month 9 AM – 1 PM (must arrive at opening)
Allow 4 hours to take assessment.
The Testing Center will observe the Ivy Tech Community
College “Holiday Schedule”. Hours of testing are subject to
change WITHOUT notice. Please call ahead.
Bring the following items to the Testing Center,
room C234:
1. “Authorization to test” form from Registrar
2.
$45 paid receipt from the Bursar’s Office.
3.
A current Driver’s License.
No calculators allowed.
The Testing Center attempts within reason to ensure a quiet and
comfortable testing environment for everyone. Ear plugs are available to
help block noise distractions.
For your testing comfort, you may want to bring layers of clothing to adjust
to the climate in the Testing Center, it is often cold.

TEAS Assessment Information
1. Go to the website: http://www.atitesting.com
If you have not created an ATI account, follow these steps.

On the right side under Sign-in, Select Create New Account
Enter First Name
Enter Last Name
User Name: If you are an Ivy Tech Student enter your Campus Connect Username
(If not an Ivy Tech Student –pick user name you will remember)
6. Enter E-mail address ( Ivy Tech or personal e-mail)
7. Enter Password =If you are an Ivy Tech Student enter your Campus Connect Password
(If not an Ivy Tech Student-pick password you will remember)
8. Confirm password = Campus Connect or other password
9. Choose 3 security questions (select from drop down list) and answer the questions.
10.Institution- Scroll down to Ivy Tech Bloom ASN
11.Student ID = C# with Dashes (ex: C01-23-4567)
12.Subscription, Updates and Notes: These questions contain 2 check boxes offering you
special services and a magazine from ATI. Check or uncheck- your choice
13.Click Register
14. REMEMBER your USERNAME and PASSWORD or it will cause a delay!
