Onsite: 18% gratuity added to total food and beverage bill for
servers.
11.8% state and town meals tax.
Chef’s fees and set up fee will apply to action stations and
carving stations
Bartender’s fees will apply to cocktail parties
We provide all serving dishes and utensils and appropriate
dishes for guests service. If special dishes are desired we can
arrange rental.
Off-site: Set up fees and clean-up fees will apply
