Exhibitors must not take up more than their allotted floor space. Exhibits must be kept to a simple style of construction. As a general guideline, if an exhibit can be transported in an average sized car, it will be acceptable. Space is allocated to one exhibiting company only; the ILP Executive Board forbids stand sharing. Any company found to be doing this will be required to leave the exhibition. Stand furniture: includes a trestle table, cloth and two chairs if pre-ordered. Set up and break down times: build up will be on 20 April from 1-5pm and then on 21 April from 8-10am. Break down will be at 5:30pm on 21 April or upon the ILP event organiser’s instructions. It is a contractual requirement that your stand is not dismantled in any way or products/literature removed and remains staffed until the exhibition closes at 5:30pm. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a letter to the Managing Director of your organisation and possible exclusion from future ILP exhibitions. Terms and conditions Invoices will be issued on receipt of completed booking forms. Payment must be made in full within 30 days of invoice date. Cancellation charges: less than 16 weeks before the event = 100%. More than 16 weeks before the event = 50%. Exhibitors must have adequate insurance cover, take all necessary health and safety precautions regarding their stand, exhibits and staff and comply with all relevant rules set by the venue and its associates. The ILP reserves the right to refuse a stand on the day, on grounds including space infringement, construction, stand sharing, safety or if the ILP feels that it is not in the spirit of the exhibition.
