by February 5, 2016, between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 pm. No late entries will be accepted.

3. Visual Appeal
General Rules:
1. Recipe may be original but this is not required. All
entries must contain chocolate (white chocolate does
not qualify)
2. Entry must be in a disposable container with the
entrant’s name & phone number taped to the bottom.
Containers will not be returned.
3. Two typed or printed copies of the recipe must be
provided. The name and address of the entrant must
appear on both copies.
4. Entry to be brought to the Buehler’s River Styx
Community Room between 2:00 p.m. & 4:00 p.m. on
Friday, February. 5, 2016. No late entries will be
accepted.
5. Parents may help, but the child should make the
cookies and prepare at least 1 dozen.
6. Parents may drop off entries without the child being
present.
7. Winners will be announced at the Chocolate Festival
on Saturday, February 6, 2016, at approximately 12:00
p.m. The top three winners will receive ribbons,
certificates and recognition at the Event.

The 2016 Chocolate Festival is being held at the Medina
Performing Arts Center, Medina High School,
851 Weymouth Rd., Medina Ohio.
8. Anyone age 12 or older attending the Chocolate
Festival must have a ticket to enter. TICKETS ARE
AVAILABLE FROM ALL MEDINA COUNTY
BUEHLER’S STORES.
9. After judging, all non-perishable contest entries will be
sold at the Chocolate Festival to raise additional funds
To support Faith in Action. Due to food safety concerns,
All perishable contest entries will be discarded after
judging.
