Greetings from NCAE!
As you may know, our annual Representative Assembly and Convention will be
held in at the Hickory Metro Convention Center in Hickory, North Carolina on
March 21-22, 2014. We anticipate nearly 1,000 at this Constitutional Convention from school systems across North Carolina, and hope you will consider participating in this great event.
Exhibitors will be stationed in Exhibit Hall C in the Hickory Metro Convention
Center. Enclosed, you will find our Exhibitor Information Forms. All booth
spaces will be surrounded with pipe and drape. Each booth has a 8’back drape
and 3’ side divider drapes. Each booth will include one 2’ x 6’ table, two
chairs and one booth sign. All booths are in a high traffic area and will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. The exhibition hall will be setup on
Thursday, March 20th from 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Exhibition hours will be
March 21st 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. and March 22nd 8:00 a.m. to Noon.
All contracts must be accompanied by payment for booth assignment to be
made. Over night security with be secured for the exhibit hall.
