Presidential Fun Facts
In China, the most well-known Western names are Jesus
Christ, Elvis Presley and Richard Nixon.
Washington was an ultra-successful liquor distributor in
the new country. He made rye whiskey, apple brandy and
peach brandy in his Mount Vernon distillery.
During his senior year of high school George W. Bush was
captain of the cheer-leading team.
William McKinley almost always wore a red carnation on
his lapel as a good luck charm. While greeting a line of
people in 1901, he gave the flower to a little girl. Seconds
later, he was shot by an assassin, and died eight days later.

What Are You Looking At?
Remember See No Evil, Hear No Evil, and
Speak No Evil? These are the arch enemies of
the safe work place! It is critical that everyone is pays attention to their work surroundings at all times, noting any changes in the
environment that just don't seem right. This
could include spills, weird smells, or unusual
noises coming from machinery. Report any
unusual findings to your site supervisor as
quickly as possible so that preventive or corrective action can be taken. Failure to speak
up, like Speak No Evil, could result in injury
for you or a co-worker.
Wishing you all a very Happy Birthday!
