Meet the Firms, 5:00-7:30pm, Misselwood House – An evening of networking and recruiting with premier employers from the accounting and financial services industries who are recruiting for both semester and/or full-time employment opportunities. Firms include Ernst & Young, KPMG, PwC, Wellington Management and many more. C2C: Applying to Graduate and Professional Schools, 12pm – Get valuable information on how to choose a graduate program, the application process, admission tests, and possible funding sources. C2C: What are Employers Looking For?, 12pm - Plan your job or internship search based on inside tips from employers who hire new college graduates. Guest: Laura Blaisdell, Black Diamond Networking ALKU Day, 2:30pm, By the Pond – Branding & Tabling Opportunity for ALKU (WhoopiePie Truck/Corn Hole) Industry Night: Fastest Growing Companies, 5:30-6:30pm – Panel from employers representing companies selected by the Boston Business Journal as “fastest growing companies” will discuss their company’s culture and opportunities for students. Guests from ALKU, CarGurus, TripAdvisor, Fuseideas and Boston Beer Company Peace Corps Day – Rob Orton, Field Based Regional Recruiter from the Peace Corps will be on campus in various classrooms, tabling and networking events. Locations TBD C2C: Branding You: How to Make a Strong Impression, 12pm - Gain insight into strategies for marketing yourself effectively and making a great first impression. Guest: Leigh Fitzgerald EC Alumnae (HubSpot) Booze in Business – Gully’s 6pm – Employers share best practices for drinking responsibly in a business setting. Hear about anecdotes and positive strategies on how to navigate all types of events/business settings. Program is geared for juniors and seniors and they should RSVP through ECLaunch/Handshake – Guest: TBD C2C: Real World Year One, 12:30pm - Hear from a panel of recent Endicott graduates about their experiences since leaving Endicott. Get ideas and advice on making the most of your semester internship and your senior year, as well as on making the transition from student to professional. Guest: James Love - State Street Bank, Acadia Willis – Fidelity, Industry Night: No Medical Degree Required: Alternative careers in Healthcare, 5:30-6:30pm – Panel from employers in the healthcare industry giving insight on different career paths and majors that work in this space, from the science to the operational side. Guest: CarGurus, LinkedIn Workshop: Your Online Professional Presence, 5:30pm - Learn how to develop and customize your LinkedIn profile as well as how to use the tool most effectively. Industry Night: Non-Profit and Policy 5:30-6:30pm – Discussion from Endicott Alumni on their career journey from Endicott to Now. Guest:TBD C2C: Workplace Benefits and Salary Negotiation, 12pm - Become better educated about workplace benefits and how to negotiate job offers. Guest: Associate Dean, Aileen Torrance College to Career (C2C) seminars are open to all students, but are designed particularly to prepare juniors and seniors to successfully navigate their internship and job searches, as well as to prepare for their professional lives after graduation.
