The key to choosing between adjectives and adverbs is that you have to know what the word
is describing or modifying:
 ADJECTIVES describe or modify people, places, things, or ideas
 ADVERBS modify verbs (actions) as well as adjectives and other adverbs (modifiers)
 If it doesn’t describe or modify anything, it’s not an adjective or an adverb
