March is our month of culture. First, a play and then the St. Louis Art
Museum. On Tuesday, March 28, we will leave the church at 9:30 a.m. and
head for the Art Museum. The Art Museum is free. There is a special
exhibit, however, on Degas, Impressionism, and the Paris Millinery Trade.
The cost for this is $13. You are free to choose what you would like to see.
After viewing, we will head downtown for lunch at the Old Spaghetti
Factory. You won’t want to miss this day of culture and carbohydrates!
April, of course, means Easter. Please invite your friends and family to join
us for the celebration on Easter Sunday. There will be a free breakfast
served at 9:00 a.m. The Easter schedule is listed elsewhere in the
Forerunner.
We have a great group signed up for the Kansas City trip April 11-13. We
still have room for a few more. Cost is approximately $175/person based on
double occupancy of the hotel room. This includes all transportation and
admissions. We will be visiting the Pompeii exhibit at Union Station, the
Steamship Arabia, the World War I Museum and either the Truman Library
or Truman House. There will be a night bus tour of the lighted fountains.
Breakfast is included with the hotel but you will be responsible for your
other meals. Please see me immediately if you would still like to go.
As we enter this Easter season, please share the joy and love of Jesus with
your friends and neighbors. Invite them to church. It might make an eternal
difference in their lives.
Bible Study Corner
So many good things are happening in Bible Study. We have two topical
studies, Does God Exist and Not a Fan, small groups, transformation
groups, women’s Bible studies and a place for everyone in traditional Bible
study classes. I hope you will join us and invite someone to come with you.
Why is it important to study the Bible? God’s Word is able to teach us the
truth, bless our lives, give us victory, cause us to grow, provide us with the
power we need to live and follow Jesus, and guide us when we don’t know
what to do. Come study with us!
This week’s command is to keep your word from Matthew 5:33-37.
Keeping your word is the essence of integrity. Why? Because keeping your
word is required for trust, influence and impact. Keeping our word can
sometimes be difficult, expensive and inconvenient, but the cost of not
doing so is even more expensive. It is displeasing to God.
Back Pack Ministry
We are in need of canned chicken. Thank you for your continued support of
this ministry. Hungry kids thank you for expressing your love to them each
week!
May Clermont Women On Mission
The May Clermont WOM would like to invite women and their husbands to
a Pot Luck lunch on March 21 at 11:45 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall, to hear
Brother Randy talk about his January trip to Ukraine.

Gift and Power of Song
Songs have a way of getting into our heads and not letting go. Hearing
certain songs may prompt us to bring to mind places and people in our past.
The spoken word is wonderful, but words coupled with a tune sticks with
us. Think about the following great hymns and the scripture that inspired
them.
Amazing Grace
(John 9:25) “He answered and said, whether he be a sinner or no, I know
not: one thing I know, that whereas I was blind, now I see.”
Great is Thy Faithfulness
(Genesis 8:22) “While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold
and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.”
(Lamentations 3:22-23) “It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not
consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every
morning: great is thy faithfulness.”
I Know Whom I Have Believed
(2 Timothy 1:12) “For the which cause, I also suffer these
things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed,
and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed unto
Him against that day.”
Scripture talks about songs that were sung by God's people on a number of
occasions. Moses' sister Miriam sings a song of praise when God leads the
Israelites across the Red Sea. Hannah sings her prayer as she gives her son
Samuel to the Lord for service in the tabernacle. Mary sings a song when
she hears from the angel that she is to have a child. There are others, too,
such as Deborah and Simeon. And we can't forget David, one of the great
singers of the Bible. All of these men and women knew that at times of
great joy or sadness they could sometimes express themselves most fully in
a song.
Don't Forget.....
The opportunity is yours to join our Easter choir that will be singing in the
traditional service on Easter morning. We are rehearsing this music for the
first 30 minutes of our regular choir rehearsal time on Mondays at 6:30 p.m.
You may not be available to sing every Sunday, but could make a short
term commitment to sing in our Easter choir. You are most welcome to
join us.
I Am a Church Member
You are probably wondering who should attend this class. The answer is
EVERYONE. This is not just a class for new Christians. It is a class for all
of us to find out what is required of us as a member of Fee Fee Baptist
Church. A sign-up sheet is posted by the choir room. On Sunday, March 26,
immediately following the 11:00 a.m. service, we will go down to the dining room for a free lunch and Pastor will teach us what is required of a
church member. You won’t want to miss this seminar. Childcare will be
provided if you indicate you need it.

DNOW – April 7-9
DNOW is a weekend for all 7th -12th graders to focus on growing your
relationship with Christ and having fun! All weekend long we will be
seeing how to live “Fearless” lives by conquering the fears that hold us
back! We will play games, take part in incredible worship and teaching
times, stay in host homes, and have a blast with the DNow Pics Game! You
can sign up by turning in a registration form and $10 deposit to Andrew or
the church office. You can also sign up online at dnow.feefeebc.org. The
full cost is only $35. The deadline to sign up is Sunday, March 26. Invite
your friends to this life changing weekend!
Church family, there are some ways you can support the youth at DNOW.
You can give money to support youth for the weekend. You can provide
food for the youth for the weekend. Most importantly, you can pray for our
students! Contact me if you would like to help support DNOW!
Bandanas Fundraiser – March 27
Wanna eat some great barbecue AND help the youth go on their mission
trip? Then join us on Monday, March 27, at Bandanas! Pick up a flyer from
the church (or print one from the Downloads section of our website) and
take it with you when you go to eat at the Bandanas in Maryland Heights
(12222 Dorsett Rd) for lunch or dinner, dine in or carry out. A portion of
what you spend will go toward the youth going on the World Changers mission trip to Savannah this summer. You MUST bring a flyer with you for it
to support the Fee Fee youth. Make sure to grab a flyer for you and some
extras to give to your friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers!
Will Work for Ukraine
Need some work done around your house? Need yard work done? Need a
babysitter? Then hire one of the people going on the Ukraine Mission Trip!
The people going to serve in Ukraine this summer would love to work for
you to raise money for their trip. You can find a list of their names and
numbers on the “Classified” bulletin board in the parlor at the church.

Kathy Scott, Director of Children & Family Ministries
Thank you to the Fee Fee folks who stepped up to help with the Livewire
Bible study class on Sundays. God honored our prayers!
North America Missions emphasis is upon us. Thanks to our WMU ladies
who support missions by promoting the prayer times and mission offerings.
We had a great speaker May 1, for week of prayer. Matt Swaringim talked
about the church plant in our area that benefits from the Annie Armstrong
Easter Offering, and what God is doing among them. Our offering goal for
the Annie Armstrong Easter offering is $7,500.00 to support those
missionaries serving in North America. The offering ingathering will be
April 9.
Easter is an exciting day to celebrate as Christians. Find someone you can
bring that day to join us in worship April 16.
