Subscription
Subscription is based on 15€ a month. First payment includes any part-monthly charges (pro-rata) plus 1 month in advance.
Monthly subscriptions must be paid by the 23rd of each month.
Termination Notice
You reserve the right to cancel your subscription but notice must be provided a month in advance. Dynamique Solutions
reserves the right to cancel your subscription if you violate the abuse policy (at bottom of document).

Hours of Consultation
Remote Support is provided between the hours of 8am to 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sunday. Any unanswered query will be followed up and resolved within 24 hours. If the support professional is unavailable at time of call
then a meeting can be arranged at a mutual time for a follow up remote support session.
Call Duration
Calls are based on time consideration and is at the discretion of the support professional to consider arranging another
appointment to further pursue enquiry and/or issue or arrange an on-site visit/consultation for best results if the request
will take a long time over the phone.
Remote Support
Remote Support Connection from Dynamique Solutions allows a Dynamique Solutions support professional in another
location to view your computer screen and work on your computer over a secure Internet connection.
Please close all windows or documents that may contain personal information before accepting Remote Support.
Note: TeamViewer QuickSupport is a 3rd party remote assistance product that is currently used to provide remote support
to Dynamique Solutions customers. Dynamique Solutions support uses TeamViewer QuickSupport as the primary Remote
Support Connection tool to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. TeamViewer QuickSupport generates a new secure
PIN code for every Remote session which must be provided to Dynamique Solutions support professional at the beginning of
each session to allow access to your PC.
Dynamique Solutions support professionals can only remotely access a Dynamique Solutions customer’s PC with that
customer’s explicit permission after TeamViewer QuickSupport is launched – permission that must be granted each and
every time a customer requests support.
If Dynamique Solutions is unable to resolve an issue via Remote Support and on-site visit is required then the standard callout fee will be applied if you accept. Please check ‘Coverage Map’ on our website (www.dynamique-solutions.com) for
costs.
Security
Remote Support is only available at your discretion and only active when you run the software. In order for anyone to
make a secure connection to your system they will require your Unique ID and a 4 digit password which renews on every
session. No remote connection is possible without the 3 given criteria.
Abuse Policy
Dynamique Solutions takes customer services seriously and we endeavor to provide a professional and courteous interaction
at all times. We request our support professionals be treated with the same courtesy and we uphold this value strongly.
Failure to respect this request may result in cancellation of your subscription.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Dynamique Solutions reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time however in the event that any
changes are made, you the client will be notified in advance of the changes and the effective date of change beforehand.
The revised terms and conditions shall be posted on our website immediately from the effective date. Please check the
website for the most up-to-date revision of the Terms and Conditions.
