SPONSOR: Premier America Credit Union, 19867 Prairie Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311 (the “Sponsor”).
WHO MAY ENTER: The Premier America Credit Union $10,000 Money Machine Cash Grab Challenge
(referred herein as “Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of California and Texas
who at time of entry are: (1) physically residing within the states of California and Texas; and (2) age 18
and older at time of entry. Void outside of California, Texas and where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is
subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes your
acceptance of these Official Rules. Employees of Sponsor and its respective parent companies,
subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, public relations and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes
Parties”), and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 6, 2016
and ends on 1:00 p.m. PT on December 31, 2016 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
HOW TO QUALIFTY FOR THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: Method #1: Nonmembers who do not have a
checking or savings account with the Sponsor will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize
random drawing when he or she visits a participating Premier America Credit Union branch location or visits
PremierAmerica.com/100K during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and becomes a member by opening a
savings account with a minimum of $5 and also opens a checking account. If the new savings and checking
accounts are a joint account, both accountholders will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing. Method
#2: Any Premier America Credit Union account member who opened a savings and a checking account
prior to the start of the Sweepstakes or any person who does not wish to open an account can enter the
Sweepstakes by sending an email to [email protected] with “$10,000 Money
Machine Cash Grab Challenge Grand Prize Drawing” on the subject line and provide the following
information on the body of your email: full name, complete mailing address (i.e., street, city, state, zip code),
telephone number and date of birth. Incomplete entry information will be void. Entries received via email
must be received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Limit one (1) Grand Prize Drawing entry per person
regardless of method of entry or number of accounts or loans obtained during the Sweepstakes Entry
Period.
HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE FIRST PRIZE MONTHLY DRAWING: There will be nine (9) First Prize
Monthly Drawings. Method #1: Any Premier America Credit Union account member as of the deadline date
for a given First Prize Monthly Drawing will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable First Prize
Monthly Drawing for which it qualifies and into subsequent First Prize Monthly Drawings. If the account is a
joint account, both accountholders will be entered into the First Prize Monthly Drawing. Method #2: Any
person who does not wish to become a member can enter the Sweepstakes by sending an email to
[email protected] with “$10,000 Money Machine Cash Grab Challenge First Prize
Drawing” on the subject line and provide the following information on the body of the email: full name,
complete mailing address (i.e., street, city, state, zip code), telephone number and date of birth. Incomplete
entry information will be void. Entries received via email will be entered in the First Prize Monthly Drawing
for which it qualifies and into subsequent Monthly Drawings. Limit one (1) First Prize Monthly Drawing entry
per person regardless of method of entry or number of Premier America accounts.

WINNER DETERMINATION: Grand Prize potential winner will be determined via a random drawing from all
eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Grand Prize random drawing will be conducted
on or about January 20, 2017.
Each First Prize Monthly Drawing will be conducted within twenty (20) days after a given First Prize Monthly
Drawing deadline.
All random drawings will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator whose decisions are final and
binding.
PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The confirmed Grand Prize winner will have an opportunity to
play to win up-to-$10,000 in a money booth game (“game”). The game will be seeded with mock currency
totaling $10,000. If the Grand Prize winner elects to play the game, the winner will have an opportunity to go
in the money booth to collect as much money as possible within thirty (30) seconds. If the Grand Prize
winner collects over $2,500, the amount collected will be the winning amount awarded. In the event the
Grand Prize winner collects less than $2,500 or elects not to play the game, a minimum prize amount of $2,500
will be awarded. The Grand Prize winnings will be deposited directly to winner’s Premier America Credit Union
account. Value of Grand Prize: up to $10,000.
The location of the money booth will be at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. However, the Sponsor will do
everything in its power to ensure the money booth will be located at a branch nearest to the winner’s residence
(in California or Texas). The Grand Prize winner will be responsible for any expenses in connection to travel
to/from the branch location in order to participate in the game. If the Grand Prize winner cannot participate in
the game on date specified by the Sponsor, he or she will forfeit all rights to play the game and will automatically
receive a $2,500 deposit in winner’s Premier America Credit Union account. Opening a savings and a
checking account with Premier America Credit Union is subject to its terms and conditions.
Ninety (90) First Prizes [ten (10) awarded per monthly drawing]: Each First Prize winner will receive a $100
Tango card. The Tango card will be emailed to the First Prize winners. If a First Prize winner does not have an
email address, the Tango card will be mailed to the First Prize winner’s address on Sponsor’s file. Each First
Prize winner will need to visit tangocard.com and provide the Tango card code to redeem for one or more
of the participating retailers’ or merchants’ e-gift card that will add up to $100. Tango card and e-gift cards
are subject to the issuing company’s terms and conditions. Approximate retail value of First Prize: $100 each.
First Prize winners agree and understand that the Sweepstakes Parties is not liable for any loss, damage
or stolen Tango Card or any e-gift cards.
Total value of all prizes: up to $19,000. Limit one (1) prize per household.
ODDS: Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the
Sweepstakes Entry Period. Odds of winning a First Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received
in a given First Prize Monthly Drawing.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by e-mail, and/or by telephone and
will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) within ten
(10) days of notification. First Prize winners will be notified via e-mail. If a First Prize winner does not have email address, he/she will be notified by U.S. mail. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor or Sweepstakes
Administrator, prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate prize winner may result from any of the
following: i) an Affidavit or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable; ii) the Affidavit is not returned
within the date specified on notification; iii) a winner is otherwise found to be ineligible per the Sponsor or
these Official Rules; iv) a winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason; and v) any other noncompliance with these Official Rules. In the event of any prize forfeiture, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion,
award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of
email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants. Should a winner make any false
statement(s) in any document required by Sponsor, such winner will be disqualified and required to promptly
return to Sponsor the prize. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection
with the selection of an alternate winner, if any. Prizes will be awarded within sixty (60) days after receipt and
verification of completed Affidavit.
No prize substitution permitted by any winner, however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with
another of comparable value, at its sole discretion. First Prizes are nontransferable. Grand Prize is not
transferable except to a surviving spouse. Grand Prize winner will be required to furnish his/her Social
Security number to the Sweepstakes Administrator and/or Sponsor and an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in
the name of the winner for the value of the winning prize. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole
responsibility of each winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winning constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for Sponsor to
use each winner’s name, hometown, likeness, prize won, photograph and statement (all at Sponsor’s
discretion) for future advertising and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter devised throughout the
world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. Sweepstakes Parties and
their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) are
not responsible for any technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer systems, servers, or
providers, computer hardware or software failures, phone lines, failure of any entry to be received by the
Sponsor on account of technical problems including but not limited to: telecommunication,
miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled or misdirected communications
which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible
for any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether network, printing, typographical, human or otherwise
relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of
entries, the announcement of any prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. The Sponsor reserves the
right to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event it becomes infected by a computer virus or is
otherwise technically impaired, and to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes in its entirety should tampering,
unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes corrupt the administration, security,
fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, if suspended or terminated, at Sponsor’s
discretion, determine the winners using all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to time of termination.
The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with
the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes, intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any
other entrant, Sponsor or any of its representatives or to otherwise be acting in violation of these Official
Rules and void all associated entries (if any). CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately
undermine the legitimate operations of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should
such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the
fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such entrant from the Sweepstakes.
RELEASES: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released
Parties from all claims, liability or damage caused or claimed to be caused, in whole or in part, directly or
indirectly, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in
connection with, preparation for, travel to, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any prize
and/or participation in any prize-related activity. The Released Parties are not responsible if Sweepstakes
cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays or interruptions due to
acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. All winners assume all liability for
any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or
redemption of prize awarded.
PRIVACY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to the Sponsor’s use of their personal
