Selections from a favorite client’s home include custom furnishings, wall finishes, window
treatments, custom area carpets and lighting selections. Today’s larger homes or townhomes
require custom area rugs to unify open plan design homes with continuous wood flooring
throughout. We provide many different patterned carpet selections to compliment the home
owners existing furnishings, custom borders, shapes and sizes for uniquely designed finished
carpets throughout. The custom area rugs provide harmonious flow and handsome detailing
throughout the main level unifying the rooms and design concepts and create a harmonious
character not achievable with ready-made options.

The Living Room and Dining
Room custom area rugs
separate the spaces in this
open plan layout. The Living
Room rug is rectangular with
one cut off corner ending the
area for the walkway clearly.
The rectangular Dining Room
area carpet has 4 cut off
corners to frame the space.
The walkway runner carpet
also has the 45 degree
corners uniflying the design
throughout the spaces.
The Beachley sectional sofa
is upholstered in a vibrant
yellow chenile fabric and
custom pillows.
Custom sheer draperies with
wood blinds provide soft
sophisticated layering and
allowing the daylight to enter
the home while controlling
glare.
The David Francis rattan
lounge chair is a favorite seat
of the homeowners. The
existing Dining Rm furniture
is paired with new Swaim
dining chairs in a red silk
embroidered fabric.
The
green suede finished walls
add character to the rooms
and the walls of the Kitchen,
Family room and Breakfast
room beyond are finished
with a yellow faux wall finish.
The lighting, artwork and
accessories throughout were
selected for these rooms.

The Breakfast Room is just
off the Kitchen and the
homeowners love to sit and
relax in this space. The
faux yellow wall finish
provide a cheery effect and
the accent wall is detailed
with Thibaut wallpaper
panels and painted stencil
designs set in place with
applied wood trim moldings
adding sophisticated detail
for an otherwise plain wall.
A new David Francis rattan

the accessories give this
room an old world Tuscan
charm.
The accent planter urns
have faux ferns for easy
