Turkey was not served at the first thanksgiving in 1621 but it
was the first meal eaten on the moon in 1969. The heaviest
turkey on record was 86 pounds. Only male turkeys gobble.
Wild turkeys can run up to 25 miles per hour. Wild turkeys,
the kind that live in North America, can fly and like to sleep in
trees.
