Sate Grill (also known around town as Momogoose) is an award winning, innovative foodtruck specializing in Asian vegan,
non-vegan, and gluten-free cuisine. High-quality, fresh, local ingredients. Every meal is balanced nutritiously and deliciously.
Our food is cooked fresh and served hot daily. We start with quality ingredients, infuse them with rich Southeast Asian flavors,
and fire-grill to finish. Our cooking is scientifically driven to minimize calories, while preserving taste and nutrition.
With over a quarter century of experience serving the Boston area, combined with the latest in innovation, we can offer
unmatched taste, nutrition, speed (lunch in <10 minutes), and value ($7.50 per full-lunch meal).
Eat healthy and live healthy. Our environmentally friendly foodtrucks and equipments are energy-efficient to reduce our
carbon footprint. We do not have noisy generators. We strictly limit food waste and use biodegradable, compostable, greencertified materials.

Smart Gourmet LLC specializes in converting unused indoor and outdoor spaces into a high-demand & attractive food amenity
for the community. We have developed successful concepts in both high-profile public spaces (Boston City Hall Plaza and Rose
Kennedy Greenway) and private Class-A buildings in Boston and Cambridge. We currently serve over 10,000 business
professionals each week from Genzyme, Zipcar, Hubspot, Atlas Ventures, NonProfit Center and more. Our award-wining,
vietnamese-inspired menu is entirely prepared in our state-licensed commissary. All our food concepts do NOT require cooking
or hood venting equipment. Here are some of our current and opening locations in 2016.
Smart Gourmet LLC has a strong charitable component. In 2013-2015, we donated money to rebuild an elementary school and
supply school equipment and books for 230 students in the Philippines post-typhoon Haiyan. We also regularly donate to local
charities such as Greater Boston Food Bank, St. Francis House, student fundraisers and more. We have been a noted
contributor to the U.N. World Food Program. We hire and train locally from at-risk youth centers and homeless shelters. We
source locally whenever possible.
