Wholesale Policy, Shabby Chick Natural Products - 2017
Eligibility: Shabby Chick Natural Products is a wholesale company and by ordering
you certify that you are a business recognized at the federal and state level to make
tax-exempt purchases for the purpose of resale. All business are required to provide
a Federal Tax ID number.
Minimums: There is a $350 opening order minimum and a $100 minimum for
subsequent orders.
Payment: Payment is due upon ordering and we accept business checks, VISA,
Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and bank transfers. Please allow 7-10
business days for checks to clear. Orders may be revised or canceled within 72
hours from the time they are placed. Full Payment due at the time the order is
placed and is non refundable after the 72 hour window to change or cancel an
order.
If an order with a payment is canceled before the 72 hour window a 10%
cancellation fee will be applied. For example a payment of $500 will be refunded at
$450 ($50 cancellation fee).
Shipping: Orders are shipped US Postal Service or FedEx Ground. All orders are
shipped from Duncan, Ok. Please allow 2-3 weeks for an order to ship. Most Items
will ship within of after payment is received. We do allow pick-ups. Local delivery is
available within 35 miles.
Returns: If your product arrives damaged please let us know within 72 hours of
receiving the order including photographs of the damaged product. We will only
replace the damaged product. Purchasers will pay for return shipment. Shabby
Chick will pay for the replacement shipping.
Cancellation Policy: Orders may be revised or canceled within 72 hours from the
time they are placed.
If an order with a payment is canceled before the 72 hour window a 10%
cancellation fee will be applied. For example a payment of $500 will be refunded at
$450 ($50 cancellation fee).
If an order with a payment is canceled after the 72 hour window a 25% cancellation
fee will be applied. For example a payment of $500 will be refunded at $375 ($125
cancellation fee).
Private label: We are taking new private label customers at this time and inquiries
can be sent to [email protected]. Whole batch minimum apply for private
label. All private label order must be paid for in advance. The customer must
provide designs needed, the label specifications and requirements will be sent upon
payment OR We can provide design services or labeling service for private label.
Restrictions: Items may not be resold through marketplaces such as Open Sky,
Amazon, Etsy, etc., and only may be resold through the retailers brick and mortar
store, or the retailers own website (Does not apply to Private Label.) Items may not
be advertised at less than 50% above wholesale prices (Does not apply to Private
Label.)
