Viewpoint: When coming to Gold Hill
from Boulder, just before descending
into the town, you can pull off on to dirt
shoulders on either side of the road and
walk a short distance to the northwest
to a breathtaking view of the
Continental Divide. Please respect
nearby private property.
Walk Notes: Gold Hill is tiny. This short
walk is easily extended by roaming
around the side streets of this
remarkably intact former gold mining
town in a scenic valley. You can dine
and/or get drinks at the historic Gold Hill
Inn.
