Town of Farragut Race 13.1 Traffic Control Plan www.race131.com How to Read this Traffic Control Plan • The summary on page 3 provides some key points about the route, critical road impacts and labor needs • Page 4 provides webpage links to the half marathon, 10k and 5k routes on Map My Run • Page 5 – 7 contains screen prints of each of the three routes. Boxes with dashed lines indicate areas of the map which have been “zoomed in” on subsequent pages to show traffic control details. The number within each box corresponds to the map number on the top left of each page. • Each “zoomed in” map shows police and course monitor placements, barricade placements, aid station and on course portable bathroom placement and the direction of runners (see legend on the top right of each numbered map) • Each numbered map contains text which further details the traffic control plan and shows the exact amount of time each area will be impacted by runners. 2 Summary • THE ONLY FULL ROAD CLOSURE WILL TAKE PLACE FROM 7:00AM – 7:35AM.
