Assignment is due the first day of school to your Language Arts Teacher, August
11, 2016.
How does it work? Choose your book for summer reading and begin to read. On the
left side, of this sheet, you will copy a short quote from your book that you find
interesting (write page number in parentheses). In the right column, write your reaction
to the quote you found.
Your reactions can include your opinions, disagreements, interpretations, connections
to your life, comments about grammar, or new vocabulary learned.
You must use 20 different quotes. See example.
