The Government of Israel, through the Ministry of Construction and Housing
(hereinafter: the "Client"or the "Requester") is requesting information (RFI) on the
matter of the supply of temporary housing, in fast construction, to people in need of
housing in an emergency in Israel (hereinafter: the "Request"), as appears at
http://www.moch.gov.il.

The Request forms a platform for contacting entrepreneurs, contractors,
manufacturers (hereinafter: the "Bidder/s") for the planning, manufacturing,
supplying, transporting and placement of residential units, within a short timetable,
as a temporary solution at emergency sites.

The threshold conditions for submitting the response are as detailed in Section 2 of
the Request.

the Request does not constitute an order for filing bids and is not a part of any
tender proceedings, and therefore creates no commitment toward any of the
respondents hereto. The Request is intended for the receipt of information only, and
following it, the Client shall consider its further action in accordance with its
professional and pertinent considerations. The Client reserves the right to use the
RFI results to draft demands (in whole or part) in any future tender, if any is
published.

The response to the Request shall include, inter alia, the Bidder's details, the detailed
description of the work, the supply capabilities, price quote, building type and
technical specifications for each type of proposed building pursuant to the
appendices attached to the Request.

The Client reserves the right to approach, as it sees right, the responders to the
Request, with a request for completion of information and clarification, to present
presentations and demonstrations, to visit clients' sites and to visit suppliers' sites.

Response to the Request shall be sent by mail to Mrs. Pogonets Natalia at email
address: [email protected] or delivered by courier service to the Ministry of
Construction and Housing, Government Complex - East Jerusalem, Sheikh Jarrah, 3
Clermont Ganneau Street, Building A, 1st Floor, Room 1006, at the office of the Head
of the Engineering and Execution Administration. The envelope must state:
"Response to RFI 346/2016 for Fast Construction for People in Need of Housing in
Emergency."
9.
The deadline for submitting responses is 3.7.2016, by 12:00 noon.
