Why this course is so great
This course offers the knowledge component that
allows students to learn the different strategies
to effectively controlling weight. It also allows
for companion courses (activity-related) that
increase the opportunity to continue lifelong
weight management. Two companion courses
are recommended-one aerobic type and one
resistance training type(weight).
