Buyers: If you haven’t come across the concept behind a cycle jumble, it’s
pretty simple – a dedicated, second-hand sale of all things cycling. At cycle
jumbles you’ll find bike-obsessives selling boxes on boxes of crank arms,
low-profile 32-spoke wheels, long-cage rear derailleurs. It’s a bike-geek’s
dream day out.
The Pontefract Cycle Jumble starts at 9:00a.m. but you will be able to enter
the Festival area at Ponte Cycle Fest all day. Events start running from
8.30am. Access is free.
The jumble takes place in the Pontefract market area and there are plenty of
free car and bicycle parking facilities around the town centre very close to all
the days activities.
