LIVE MARYLAND SOFT SHELL CRAB
Soft-Shell Crabs are enjoyed in the Spring and Summer as water temperatures heat up and the
Blue Crabs begin to molt. These crabs are harvested daily at the peak of tenderness in the
town of Crisfield, Maryland. The Blue Crab is the most important fishery of the Chesapeake
Bay and total population of the species is at a 25 year high.
