In brief, PleaseReview is a simple,

The Review Owner simply specifies the document(s) to be reviewed, its deadline
and review participants. Reviewers receive an email inviting them to participate
in the review and follow a link to browse the document.
Once in the review
they can see
other participants’
comments and
proposed changes
and can add their
own and/or reply to
others’.
Once completed,
Reviewers leave the
review, indicating
their status
(e.g. completed, in
progress). They can choose to receive an email notification showing any further
activity on the review.
The Review Owner can reply to, accept or reject comments and proposed
changes both during and after completion of the review.

Co-authoring (Microsoft Word only) – the Review Owner specifies who can edit
what. Contributors can only edit their authorized section and the Review Owner
maintains central control of styles and formatting.
The Review Owner can easily assimilate and view all proposed changes and
comments and decide which to accept, consolidate or reject.
All comments and changes are automatically consolidated in the Microsoft Word
document, optionally shown as ‘Tracked Changes’. Comments on PDFs are
delivered as a single marked-up PDF file.
