handed out race morning and collected at the finish. If you drop
out of the race you must return your chip. All unreturned chips
will be charged $35 to the rider. Chips will be worn on your left
ankle. NO CHIP = Relegation to last place. Camera backup only
for determining mass sprint finish placing & will not be used to
determine placing of riders w/o chips.

This tried and true CX course will host the
US OPEN of Cyclocross! This all-weather
course will test your strength and riding
ability on stretches of sand, fast power
areas and some technical sections!
USAC 1-Day Beginner license: $10, only for Cat 5
men, Cat 4 Women and Jrs who have never held
a USAC. Can only be purchased online at
Call-Ups: UCI based on UCI standings.
USAC Categories based on USAC rankings.
Report 10 min prior to start.
OTHER: Do Not Cross the Finish Line after your
race ends and clear the finish area immediately.
NO ANIMALS & NO GLASS at the race
DIRECTIONS: Denver: Highway 36 north of
Denver, stay on 36 (turns in 28th in Boulder),
take a right onto Valmont. Left onto Airport
Rd. Park will be on your right.
Boulder: 28th to Valmont head East on
Valmont, left onto Airport Rd. park will be on
your right.
PARKING: Parking is limited ride your bike if
you can. Parking available at VBP SE Lot
(Valmont rd), South Lot (Valmont & Airport Rd),
North Point Plaza complex (Airport Rd).
