Small Group Kettlebell Training with Barb Roberts
Improve your cardio, strength, agility, flexibility, and balance with small group Kettlebell classes!
Our Kettlebell training programs are offered by Barb Roberts, a nationally certified Kettlebell and Yoga instructor.
Barb is a true motivator, and her goal is to constantly challenge her students mentally as well as physically and to
make the Kettlebell experience one that is safe, fun, and progressive for each individual!
Wed./Fri. 8:00am to 9:00am – In Group Fitness Studio (8 sessions) $160 members/ $176 non-members
Tues./Thurs 5:30 pm– 6:30pm – On Fitness Floor (8 sessions) $160 members/ $176 non-members
Teen Strength Training with Bret Blackman
Teens will learn proper body position and technique to prevent injury and increase efficiency for greater strength
gains. This class is great for building exercise and weight training habits for years to come. Ongoing workout
plans, exercises and consultation.
Sundays 5:00pm – 6:00 pm on Fitness Floor (8 sessions) $120 for members/$136 for non-members
Tuesdays 5:30pm – 6:30pm on Fitness Floor (8 sessions) $120 for members/$136 for non-members
HIIT back at the Holidays with Bret Blackman
Strike back at those added holiday pounds or start 2015 resolutions off on the right foot. High Intensity Interval
Training (HIIT) burns more fat in less time for a longer period through short, intense bursts of exercise.
Mon/Wed/Fri – 6:45 pm – 7:30 (12 sessions) $175 members/$199 non-members
Any 2 days/week (8 session) $120/members/$136 non-members
Little Cheer (begins January 6)
For 3-5 year old cheerleaders, 4 fun sessions of activity, crafts, cheering instruction and a cheer recital for the
parents on the last day.
Tuesdays 4:30 pm – 5::30 pm in gym or racquetball court(4sessions) $50 members/$58 non-members
TRX with Dana Tholo
The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your
bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on
each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

30 Day Weight Loss Challenge
Take the challenge to lose weight safely and effectively in a fun, supportive small group. You will meet with your
group to learn weight loss strategies and workout once a week and be given a challenge to perform for the week
ahead.

30 Day Fitness Challenge
Challenge yourself to learn new exercises in a fun, supportive small group. You will meet with your group to do a
workout using a variety of exercise formats and tools and be given a challenge to perform for the week ahead.
