The project was defined by its rhythm and adaptability function. For 2016 POOL turns up the volume, blows up the concept and gives GRID an infinite modularity and a deep range of modular elements : two seats sofa, armchairs, a stool, and a coffee table. They can all be combined beyond imagination. Amélie du Passage is the founder and Creative Director of PETITE FRITURE. Graduated from HEC in 2003, Amélie du Passage started off her career in the Cabinet of the Minister of Culture Jean - Jacques Aillagon, as a speach writer and in charge of the art market. After a time spent at the Réunion des Musées Nationaux, she joined the French art fair, FIAC, as General Secretary beside Martin Bethenod. In 2009, she founded Petite Friture and became design editor, with the aim of embodying a different style, and to showcase the emerging scene of French and International design. After 6 years of existence, Petite Friture, has made its mark and brought its own style by signing products with over forty designers, amongst which Claesson Koivisto Rune, Sam Baron and Noé Duchaufour Lawrance. As a real talent spotter, Petite Friture launched right from the beginning the pendant lamp Vertigo, by the designer Constance Guisset, for whom the product was her first edition and acts today as a real success story; or Tidelight by young designer Pierre Favresse, who has since then become the Creative director of Habitat. In 2013, Amélie du Passage gave a new impulse to Petite Friture by positioning the brand on the furniture market. She launched amongst other pieces the Market chair by Noé Duchaufour Lawrance and then the Nubilo sofa by Constance Guisset. Petite Friture has also developed an offer for the contract market, specific to decorators and architects. Petite Friture takes part each year in the following fairs: Maison & Objet in Paris, IMM in Cologne, Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan and the Stockholm Furniture Fair.
