Thetestsaretobeadministeredbyamembercountriesrecognisedandapprovedtestingfacilityor undertheadministrationoftheFILOfficiatingChairpriortoorattheeventwheretheofficialis receivingtheirassessment. AllonfieldofficialsmustcompleteeithertheBeepTest(twentymetremultistagefitnesstest)orFIFA FitnessTest1,followedbytheCooperTest(twelveminuterun). Amaximum30minutesistobeprovidedbetweentheBeeporFIFA,andtheCooperTest. TheFILreservetherighttoalterthesetestsinthefutureforagility,flexibility,corestrength,and speed.Membercountrieswillreceivenoticeofanynewfitnesstestrequirementoneyearpriortothe initiationofsuchtest. Usingthetablesshownattheendofthepolicy,officialsneedtopass(basedongenderandage) either a)theCooperTestatthe“GoodorVeryGood”levelandtheBeepTestorFIFAFitnessTest1atthe “Good”levelor b)theCooperTestatthe“Fair”levelandtheBeepTestorFIFAFitnessTest1atthe“VeryGood” level. Passingstandard CooperTest BeeporFIFAFitnessTest1 GoodorVeryGood + Good Fair + Verygood Anyofficialwhodoesnotpassthefitnesstestaftertwoattemptsattheassessmentvenuewouldnot beeligibletoeitherreceiveaninternationalratingorrenewaninternationalratingatthatvenue. Toofficiatetier1games,officialsmustachieveeitherVeryGoodorGoodonalltheirtests.Those achievingfairorbelow,mayonlyofficiatetiertwoandbelowgames.
