Roll Off Dumpster Guidelines 1) Miles Waste Disposal shall not be responsible for damage to pavement, driving surfaces, lawn or other
property resulting from the placement or removal of a container or due to the weight of our truck.
2) Customer is required to call 216-295-1000 x2 to schedule pickup. Container will not be picked up
automatically. Customer must call to schedule pickup at least 24 hours in advance of their due date or are subject
to a rental fee. Due to weather, hazardous roads and driving conditions, traffic delays, motor vehicle accidents,
delays at landfills, equipment failure, etc. Pickup of the dumpster may take up to 72 hours. Please plan
accordingly.
3) The equipment (container) provided by Miles Waste Disposal is and shall remain the property of Miles Waste
Disposal. The Customer shall be responsible for all loss or damage (physical, fire, theft, etc.). Fines due to the
container being overweight will be paid for by the customer who rented the box from Miles Waste Disposal.
4) Dry Run Charge: Miles Waste Disposal charges a fee for unsuccessful container pick-up or drop-off attempts
(dry run). Reasons to charge a client the dry run fee include but are not limited to; overloaded containers (all
containers must be loaded with everything inside the container so it can be tarped for legal transportation), cars or
any other items or materials blocking access to pick up or drop off a container, containers that are too heavy to be
removed, locked gates or fences, inaccessible driveways or parking lots for any reason(s) out of our control. The
dry run fee can range anywhere from $75 - $175. This fee covers drivers pay, fuel, and time for re-routing the
drivers planned schedule.

6) Customer agrees that no hazardous, toxic, radioactive wastes or substances as defined by federal, state, or local
laws will be placed in a Miles Waste Disposal container. In addition, the following are not permitted in our
container(s): solvents (paint can), oils, gasoline, batteries, non-friable asbestos or tires. Any tires found in the
dumpster will cost $25/each. Customer is responsible for all contents inside container. Any questions about what
can or cannot be placed in the dumpster should call 216-295-1000 x2 for clarification.
7) Customer authorizes Miles Waste Disposal to charge credit card on file for any additional fees or services
performed.
