Purpose: This tip is intended to remind well and facility licensees to use the correct format for inputting well and facility licence numbers into the Registry and thereby avoid error messages. Key Principles: Well licence A well licence is a unique licence issued by the EUB for a well. It is not the same as a facility licence. Facility licence A facility licence is issued by the EUB to all oil and gas related facilities. It is not the same as the Facility ID issued by the Registry.
