THE PLAN UNFOLDS
One of the most critical documents
found in the FBI raid was the Muslim
Brotherhood’s Strategic Plan for North
America entitled, An Explanatory Memorandum: On the General Strategic Goal
for the [Muslim Brotherhood] Group. It
was written by a member of the Board of
Directors for the Muslim Brotherhood in
North America and senior Hamas leader,
Mohammed Akram. This document was
approved by the Brotherhood’s Shura
(Consultative) Council and Organizational Conference in 1987, and it establishes
the mission of the Muslim Brotherhood in
North America:
“The process of settlement [meaning
establishing in America Islamic rule] is
a ‘Civilization-Jihadist Process’ with
all the word means. The Ikhwan [Muslim Brotherhood] must understand
that their work in America is a kind
of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from
within and “sabotaging” its miserable
house by their hands and the hands of
the believers [Muslims] so that it is
eliminated and Allah’s religion is made
victorious over all other religions…It
is a Muslim’s destiny to perform Jihad
and work wherever he is and wherever
he lands until the final hour comes and
there is no escape from that destiny…”

“The George W. Bush administration
was targeted with a multifaceted, sophisticated information operation designed to
deceive national security officials about
the true nature of the Islamic jihadist enemy that attacked the homeland on 9/11.
Surrounded by Muslim Brotherhood
voices which told him true Islam had been
“hijacked” by a “tiny minority of extremists,” President Bush responded by flinging U.S. military might against those who
had physically carried out those attacks.
“Far more importantly, however, is that
he was successfully deterred from investigating the belief system that inspired
those hijackers by a blanket of Muslim
Brotherhood taqiyya [Islamic legal deceitfulness to non-Muslims] that successfully
smothered inquiry about the very Islamic

At the ground level, this means that
when police officers, federal agents, military personnel, or any other Americans
who have sworn an oath to protect and
defend the Constitution challenge their
leadership with facts, these public figures
are faced with a hard choice: admit a lack
of understanding of the threat and that he
or she has been duped, or the leader and
his subordinates must suppress the facts in
the interest of protecting his or her professional reputation.” (Ibid.)
A DAMAGING EXAMPLE
Army Reserve Major Stephen Coughlin,
a lawyer by training and the Pentagon’s top
expert in Islamic law and Jihad, served in
the Bush administration in the intelligence
section of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. His 2007
master’s thesis, “To Our Great Detriment:
Ignoring What Extremists Say About Jihad,” accepted at the National Defense Intelligence College, has become the standard
classic on the subject of what Islamic law
teaches about Jihad. Coughlin conducted
countless briefings on his findings for senior
Defense Department officials, and in 2007
prepared an analysis on the evidence being submitted by Justice Department prosecutors in the Holy Land Foundation case

(whose operatives were convicted and jailed
for funding terrorist organizations). That
evidence, based on the Brotherhood’s own
documents, demonstrated that U.S. Islamic
organizations established as front groups
by the Muslim Brotherhood were waging a
“Civilization Jihad” to “destroy the Western
civilization from within.” Among the organizations actively involved in channeling
illicit funding to Hamas was ISNA (The Islamic Society of North America), the largest
of all front groups.
But a Brotherhood operative and a senior advisor for international affairs in the
George W. Bush administration, Hesham
Islam, moved swiftly to defend his own
position, the ISNA and the Brotherhood.
In March 2008, as a result of Hesham
Islam’s campaign to have him removed,
Coughlin’s contract with the Joint Chiefs
of Staff was not renewed. (Ibid.)
We would have to write a thick book to
cover all such examples. Even with the
mass of evidence that was and is available
to the successive administrations, Muslim Brotherhood operatives are now positioned throughout America in local and
national government branches.
THE FIVE-PHASE PLAN TO SEIZE POWER IN THE U.S.
O
ne of the Muslim Brotherhood
documents found in the Elbarasse
treasure trove is a paper entitled,
Phases of the World Underground Movement Plan specifying the five phases of
the Muslim Brotherhood Movement in
North America. They are described, together with the author’s comments about
the Ikhwan’s progress in realizing each
goal as follows:
Phase One: Phase of discreet and secret establishment of leadership.
[i.e quietly creating a favorable appearance of Islam as a moderate religion with
amiable Islamic leaders. Editor’s comment]
Phase Two: Phase of gradual appearance on the public scene and exercising
and utilizing various public activities
It [the Brotherhood] has greatly succeeded in implementing this stage. It
also succeeded in achieving a great deal
of its important goals, such as infiltrat-
ing various sectors of the Government.
Gaining religious institutions and embracing senior scholars. Gaining public
support and sympathy. Establishing a
shadow government [secret] within the
Government.
Phase Three: Escalation phase, prior
to conflict and confrontation with the
rulers, through utilizing mass media.
Currently in progress. [Most Western
media defends Islam and mocks those who
warn against the danger of Islam as Islamophobics.]
Phase Four: Open public confrontation with the Government through exercising the political pressure approach.
It is aggressively implementing the
above-mentioned approach. Training on
the use of weapons domestically and overseas in anticipation of zero-hour. It has noticeable activities in this regard.
Phase Five: Seizing power to estab-
lish the Islamic Nation under which all
parties and Islamic groups are united.
Investors.com notes that this document offers a chilling operational insight
into the mindset, planning, and vision of
the Islamic Movement in North America.
The Muslim Brotherhood is at this time in
Phase Four, preparing for Phase Five.
The Muslim Brotherhood has, as a matter of undeniable fact, established, built and
maintained control over most of the prominent Muslim organizations in America.
They clearly state their goal of one day
seeing a Muslim president at the helm of
what was once “Old Glory.”
Yes, whether you believe it or not, the
Muslim Brotherhood has laid out a phased
plan to turn the U.S.A. into a Caliphate
ruled by Islamic Law (Sharia).
Impossible? The Muslim Brotherhood
not only believes it is possible, but certain to happen.

HOW THEY
DO IT –
A
bdurrahman Alamoudi immigrated from the African country
of Eritrea in 1979 and became a
U.S. citizen in 1996. In the 90s, he founded and became executive director of the
American Muslim Council, and after being involved with nearly two-dozen other
U.S. Muslim organizations, he was invited to the White House in 1996. With his
newfound influence, he advised President
Bill Clinton on Muslim affairs and introduced him to other AMC members.
Dean Olson, graduate of the Naval
Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense and Security, writes that
Alamoudi was soon regarded by both
Republican and Democratic administrations as the “go-to guy” on issues that
affected Muslim America. He was an
honored guest at the White House under

both the Clinton and Bush administrations, posed for photographs with American Presidents and their families, and
rubbed elbows with the power players of
both political parties. He was a man the
government believed represented moderation. He even represented the Muslim
American community at memorial services held at the National Cathedral to
honor the victims of the 9/11 attacks.

He was soon given the job of establishing the Muslim Chaplain Program for the
Department of Defense, and then served as
the certifying authority for Muslim chaplains serving U.S. servicemen and women.
Alamoudi penetrated the presidential
campaign of Governor George W. Bush.
He provided a Bush activist with $20,000
to establish what would become a Muslim
Brotherhood front organization targeted at
penetrating GOP circles.
Alamoudi’s long time deputy, Khaled
Saffuri was designated the Bush campaign’s Muslim outreach coordinator.
Another prominent Ikhwan Brother,
Sami al-Arian was able to obtain a commitment from candidate Bush that, if
elected, he would prohibit the use of
classified intelligence evidence in deportation proceedings against foreigners
suspected of terrorist ties. After the election, still another member of the Islamic
Institute’s board of directors, a long-time
Ikhwan, became the gatekeeper for the
lah at an anti-Israel protest. He was also
recorded stating that his goal was to make
America a Muslim nation. He was arrested at Heathrow Airport in London on his
way back from Libya with $340,000 cash
for Jihad. The money was to be used for al
Qaeda operatives to kill the Crown Prince
(now King Abdullah) of Saudi Arabia.
Alamoudi was extradited to the U.S.,
convicted of being a senior al Qaeda financier, and is now serving a 23-year sentence
in federal prison.
WHAT HAPPENED
TO THE SHOCK WAVES?
One would think that such an arrest
would have sent shock waves throughout the White House and every other
government department. This Hamas
operative and Ikhwan agent had enjoyed
access to the most senior levels of the
American government. His appointed
chaplains were free to proselytize in the
most lucrative target populations for jihadist recruiters: the U.S. military and
imprisoned felons.
What did the administration do? It
handed Alamoudi’s responsibilities to the
Islamic Society of North America (ISNA),
the largest Muslim Brotherhood front in
this country.
What we are to take from this, said Dean

afforded the Muslim Brotherhood unprecedented opportunities to influence
operations against the U.S. government,
especially after 9/11.
Unfortunately for Alamoudi, in the
year 2000 he was videotaped proclaiming
he was a supporter of Hamas and Hezbol-

MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD COMES TO AMERICA
T
he Oak Initiative, a Christian organization, has scholarly documentation, from which I have heavily
drawn – about the Muslim Brotherhood operations in the U.S. Here then is my thumbsketch of the Islamic activities in the U.S.
since its beginning.
In 1953, Princeton University hosted
a group of prominent Muslims for an “Islamic Colloquium” – a conference at which
scholars or other experts present papers on,
analyze, and discuss a specific topic. Ikhwan delegates asked for and were granted
a meeting with President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Though the Brotherhood had vigorously cooperated with Nazis, the president
agreed to meet them on advice of his defense and intelligence advisors, thinking they could influence Muslims to fight
against the communists.
What Eisenhower could not have known
was this meeting would be the beginning of
the Muslim Brotherhood’s plan to ultimately establish a Caliphate in the United States
as part of their world vision of a global Caliphate. Sounds farfetched? Keep reading.
The first official Muslim Brotherhood
front organization founded in the U.S. was
the Muslim Students Association (MSA),
established in a University of Illinois campus in 1964. Today there are over 600 MSA
chapters at colleges and universities across
North America. According to former FBI
Special Agent John Guandolo, “The MSA
serves as a recruitment tool preying on the
fragile emotional makeup of young stu-
dents to bring Muslims and non-Muslims
into the Muslim Brotherhood.”
In fact, the MSA was the blueprint model for the thousands of Muslim Brotherhood front groups that exist, function and
continue to multiply across the U.S. today.
Nearly every Muslim organization in
America today presents Islam in public as
an acceptable alternative to other religions,
never mentioning its revolutionary aspects
at first. But in recent years, MSA members
have become more aggressive in their demands for accommodations and silencing
those who oppose them.
According to plan, all kinds of Muslim
organizations have sprung up: The Association of Muslim Social Scientists, the Association of Muslim Scientists and Engineers,
the Islamic Medical Association, the Muslim Communities Association, the Muslim
Youth of North America are just a few.
In 1973 Saudi Arabia gave a big boost
to the Muslim Brotherhood by creating
the North American Islamic Trust, which
now controls approximately 80 percent of
the titles/deeds to the mosques, Islamic
organizations and Islamic schools in the
USA.
Such help is accompanied by
Saudi-trained imams, textbooks for the
madrassas, jihadist literature and videos
for the bookstore, paid hajj pilgrimages to
Mecca (obligatory trip to Mecca) and even
training in jihad.
In 1980, the Brotherhood created a new
organization to extend the footprint made
possible by the swelling ranks of Muslim
Students Association alumni. It brought together most of its groups under the authority of the Islamic Society of North America
(ISNA), which is today the largest Muslim
Brotherhood front in North America
Through the 1980s and 1990s, these
innumerable new organizations built
hundreds of mosques and Islamic schools
across the U.S. and Canada – primarily with funding from Saudi Arabia.

According to Wikipedia, the number of
mosques in the U.S. grew from 1,209 in
2000 to 2,106 in 2010. The Muslim Brotherhood has, as a matter of historical fact,
established, built and maintained control
over most of the prominent Muslim organizations in America.
An editorial “Islamofascism” in Investor’s Business Daily, reports: With an eye
toward the 2016 election, the radical Muslim Brotherhood has built the framework
for a political party in America that seeks to
turn Muslims into an Islamist voting bloc.
“Muslim voters have the potential to be
swing voters in 2016,” said Nihad Awad in
launching the benign-sounding U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations (USCMO),
whose membership reads like a Who’s
Who of Brotherhood front groups. “We are
aiming to bring more participation from the

THE BROTHERHOOD’S BEGINNINGS
he Ottoman Empire that ruled the
Holy Land for four hundred years,
collapsed in 1917, when Great Britain and its allies marched on its capital,
Constantinople.
At the height of its power, the Turks
ruled a Caliphate which enveloped Southeast Europe, the Middle East including the
Holy Land, the Caucasus, North Africa,
and the Horn of Africa.
This Caliphate was abolished in 1924
(only 90 years ago) under the leadership of
the secular ruler and founder of the modern
state of Turkey, Kemal Atatürk.
But not every Muslim was pleased with
the new Turkish secular state. Many of the
faithful throughout the world seethed with
frustration at Islam’s diminished status.
An Egyptian, Hassan al-Banna was one of
them. The ignominy of the British colonial
infidels (kafir in Arabic) ruling over Egypt
– once part of the Caliphate – was the worst
indignity. In 1928, Al-Banna and his university friends joined together and vowed
to re-establish the Caliphate and to work
toward global enforcement of Sharia.
The Muslim
Brotherhood Creed:
Allah is our goal; the
Messenger is our guide;
the Koran is our law;
Jihad is our means;
and Martyrdom in the
way of Allah is our
inspiration.”
They called their organization the Muslim Brotherhood, known in Arabic as alIkhwan al-Muslimun. By the early 1930’s
the Brotherhood – or Ikhwan – had developed a formal organizational structure
around groups of men with special spiritual
and physical training called “Battalions.”
During World War II, the Ikhwan attacked Egyptian officers, British soldiers
and their families, and in 1948, assassinated Egypt’s Prime Minister. The new secular President Gamal Abdel Nasser launched
a crackdown against the Brotherhood in
1954 resulting in an exodus of many top
Ikhwan and the expansion of the organization around the world, including the West.
They now have offices in 70 countries. Al
Qaeda was birthed by the Brotherhood and
Hamas is a branch of their organization.
Today this organization is so disruptive
and subversive, even in Arab countries, that
it is considered a terrorist organization by
the governments of Bahrain, Egypt, Russia,
Syria, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. But not in the West!
The Muslim Brotherhood is financed
by contributions from its members, who
are required to allocate a portion of their
income to the movement. A considerable
percentage comes from Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other oil-rich countries.
Their publicized goal is to rule a world
Caliphate. They believe they can do a better job by stealth – even if it takes longer
– than by physical terror.
IMPORTANT PRINCIPLES OF SHARIA
A Muslim who converts must be killed
immediately.
Honor killing is acceptable.
Sharia approves of slavery including
sexual slavery.
Sharia dictates death by stoning, beheading, amputation of limbs, flogging, etc.
A Muslim will not receive a death penalty if he kills a non-Muslim or a convert to
another religion.
Non-Muslims are not equal to Muslims
under Sharia.
Women are not equal to men under
Sharia.
A non-Muslim cannot inherit from a
Muslim.
A Muslim can marry a baby at any age
and consummate the marriage at age 8 or
9 – legal pedophilia.
Women must cover every inch of their
bodies. Some Sharia schools do not allow
the face to be exposed.
A Muslim man may have up to 4 wives,
and a woman cannot divorce a man. The
man can divorce a woman with the words:
I divorce you.
The testimony of a woman in court is
half the value of a man.
A woman must have 4 male witnesses
to prove rape.
A Muslim is obliged to lie and mislead
without feelings of guilt – especially to
non-Muslims – for the sake of furthering
Sharia, such as Jihad.
Deceit is part of the DNA of furthering
the Kingdom of Allah.
