Darling Homes Features the American Classic Series in Lantana Community
Five move-in ready homes and model home now open
LANTANA, TEXAS – DECEMBER 19, 2012 – Dallas-based Darling Homes announced today the
introduction of the American Classic Series home within the Gaillardia section of the Lantana
Community. The American Classic Series is a timeless style that ranges in size from 2,100 – 3,500 square
feet and starts from the $300s. Darling Homes has built five move-in ready homes in the Gaillardia
section, as well as one model home, with 47 lots remaining. The Gaillardia section is located near the
front entrance of Lantana with easy access to the award-winning golf course, a large community
amenity center and one of three Denton ISD schools in the city. Lantana is one of the top selling masterplanned communities in North Texas, located 15 miles north of DFW International Airport on FM 407,
near Flower Mound and Lewisville.

Darling Homes’ will offer prospective homebuyers a variety of choices among proven floor plans with
the ability to customize the home design to fit today’s lifestyles. Open floor plans are available in both
single and two-story home designs with suites, game rooms, a GE Stainless Steel appliance package, and
optional oversize and three-car garage plans and second-story media rooms.
