Property Taxes
Property taxes are derived from taxing real and personal property. The tax rate, set each year, is levied
on each $100 of assessed valuation. This valuation is determined by the county assessor's office, based
on current market value of property.
Listed on the following pages are listings of the Tax Levy and Assessed Valuation History.
