When combined, these 4 sources account for $47,245,118.00 or 86% of District revenues for the FY 2010-11budget. Property Taxes Property taxes are derived from taxing real and personal property. The tax rate, set each year, is levied on each $100 of assessed valuation. This valuation is determined by the county assessor's office, based on current market value of property.
